The day we landed and we went there we got an upgrade lovely stay with good aircon! and lovely food n staff but again when we came back 7 days later we had to change 2 rooms at night because of aircon issues the second room still had aircon troubles it was warm inside ! food was gud but only problem was the aircon ! staff was courteous!

Good bits - free WiFi everywhere, clean & functional room/ bathroom, good location for the airport, nice pool on 9th floor. Bad bits - very slow/ inefficient check-in and out, poor quality buffet in Mix restaurant (most hot food was barely warm), poor bar snacks, internal atrium & roadside location makes for a fair bit of noise. OK for the odd night, but not a place I'd be in a rush to return to.

My wife and I spent the last night of our tour here. We had a very nice room with a city view. Our bags were quickly delivered to the room. Bed and pillows were very comfy and room was super clean!! We enjoyed a nice supper in the lobby lounge and had a nice bag breakfast provided for us for our early morning flight departure. This is a great downtown location near the airport for a quick transfer.

I stayed there for two days and we chose it as it has a great location. The room was spacious with a vast city view. The bedding was good comfortable with a huge wordrobe and an iron set. The room service guys were so nice and helpfull. The roof pool was great and watched all over its openning hours. The restaurant was clean with variable choices for the breakfast. The guy who was making the omelettes was ao nice when i asked him for pankaces for my little girl he made them especially for her and brought them to our table by himself.

This hotel is close to the airport. I stayed here one night when I was leaving Cairo. The room was large and had AC but I had to turn that off since cigarette smoke came in when it was on. The room needs a bit of TLC. The bed was a bit too hard but so were they at the other hotels I stayed in as well so might be the norm. They have an airport shuttle but it costs much more than a taxi which you can grab outside the hotel. I went up to the pool area and nobody came for half an hour with towels so I might have gone in a way they didn't think was the right way. I used the door closest to the lifts. The pool is not heated but probably ok most of the time. Was too cold now but the wind was blowing and a bit cloudy.

I went to your spa , the worst experience ever and the worst management leaded by aggressive manager called Marie , she is very tough , rude and unable to solve any guest complaint , do not recommended at all

I stayed here for 2 weeks, the staff are good the rooms are ok, with outdated equipments like TV and fridge. there is a swiming pool and a gym in the last floor, but I really didn't try them out. I wasn't the one paying so I have no idea about the price. The area isn't that good. the only advantage is that it is close to the airport, but it is not near any cool site, except maybe sun mall, which is a little empty.

This hotel does not know anymore you are a guest who pays the bill. The staff is really unfriendly and unexperienced. Service is very low and main sections of the hotel does not operate well. Too less maintenance to the rooms and business lounge and swimmingpool were not opened as qouted. Breakfast gets very poor and staff let's people wait in case of any question. At the start all looked well but now its a very common place and no value for money!

The hotel has a good location, but service is poor. The hot water has been a problem on each stay and this morning there was no hit water. I would advice to avoid this hotel until they fix their hot water issues.

A nice location friendly staff, and one of the best massages in Cairo the masseuse Monin is great and the manager of the Place Mrs Marie Fayez is great, while the hotel is not bad. I recommend the spa service
