We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Hotel overall. The property is new and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Hashem and Mrs. Nasiba Yaacoub for their outstanding hospitality. However, we would like to highlight that the cleanliness did not fully meet our expectations, as we experienced some issues with the cleaning service during our stay. My family had a wonderful stay. This is a very safe hotel and has two very nice restaurants that are open late. There is also a Starbucks. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend this hotel.

It was a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. They give their best to make the guests happy. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The two restaurants and the lobby coffee offer local and international dishes at reasonable prices. The hotel is in the southern area ‘Maadi’, the GEM and the pyramid plateau are close and easy to reach by taxi. Around the hotel is not much to see and the corniche in front of the house is quite busy, day and night. Overall - I can highly recommend this house.
