Comolained in the first day that our two balcony sliding doors did not close completely nor lock. NOTHING was done about it other than someone coming up to see it. They daid "it's not ipen much." This us Cairo! Constantly noisy and polluted. We were on the first floor. Across from a shisha cafe, one building off a main intersection! I told them that I had asthma wnd could not have the doors open at all They don't take any illness seriously here. Terrible sleep as a result of the polkution and noise. Also did not feel safe nor felt that our valuables were safe Yes, they have a small safe in the office for your valuables but it won't hold everything you don't want taken. Security dies not stand outside, they sit behind a desk in a lobby that's not at street kevel wgile on their cellphones. Never staying there again!

The apartments were nice and had everything I needed, at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was nice in the one bedroom unit. I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Everyone was incredibly kind, and the room was spotless with plenty of space. I hadn’t been able to sleep more than three hours a night for the past two weeks where I was before coming here, but something about the energy and atmosphere here was just right—I finally slept a full 10 hours. I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property has a great location. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room I stayed was in great condition and excellent features. Kitchenette with full size fridge, small stove top, microwave, table and sofa. WiFi worked well.

Best place to stay in Cairo if you don’t want to break the bank. Fair prices and you get to have a washer in the bathroom which comes in handy to keep your clothes clean during your stay especially if you’re going to be in Cairo for some days.
