Air conditioner was blasting cold air on a freezing night when we needed heat, the hotel staff were nice and brought us space heaters. We got upgraded to a suite and it was very outdated and couldn't find a working power outlet. Door locks weren't working, shower was overflowing.
The staff was warm and friendly. The property was clean and well kept and the view from my room was exceptional.
Front desk/reception etc. all excellent. Could have the shower gel replaced daily.
the check in staff were very helpful and made the visit to the hotel worthwhile. however, the room had vomit on the floor that had not been cleaned up, and the hotel's response to the problem was pretty passive - they could at least have offered us a free breakfast or something to make up for it.

The property is okay and I can’t say they did anything wrong but they certainly didn’t go the extra mile. Due to error in booking on my part I accidentally booked two rooms for February 12. No help from Orbitz so I thought maybe the hotel would be able to do something, no luck. I had to pay additional charges for early check in and additional breakfast even though I had 3 nights of rooms with breakfast included of which I would only use 1. Again, they didn’t technically do anything wrong but I would have hoped they could have done something for a additional room that was fully paid for and not used or at least waive the early check in fee. I had 3 breakfasts included with the 3 days but was charged for the breakfast that I ate on arrival eve though I would only eat one other breakfast. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel is clean but dated and on the older side.
Great location, close to the museum and Cairo tower. I walked the area comfortably. Restaurants in the hotel were very good. Very pleased overall.
Hotel is very clean and very courteous staff. A couple of days in and some of the staff already knew my name and addressed my such for a personal touch which was amazing. The restaurants, in particular La Palmeraie was my favorite. Aladdin and Mahmoud (hopefully spelling their name correctly) were two employees that stand-out with their great service and politeness.
Staff is very nice and helpful; perfect location With Nile River view rooms. They also have a great buffet for breakfast and lunch .

This hotel is a great location if you want to be close the centre of the city and away from noise and crowd of Cairo.
This is a really nice hotel and the view is amazing. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating especially Kamel! I suggest you get the buffet breakfast because it's really good with a variety of food. Room service for dinner is very cheap about $10 for a meal.
The staff was super nice. The hotel itself was nice. The pool was the best part right on the Nile River. The only thing that could be better is that is tough to get in and out of the hotel. It's a one a lane road with a lot of traffic.
From Check in to check out everything was marvelous. Staff is very helpful and kind, Food is great and bed so comfortable... Will return to see hotel during my next trip without any hesitation.
