This is a great hotel close to the airport that provides good shuttle services and is very accommodating for any special needs you may have.

I don’t stay at hotel Because they told me no book for me Please refund

Not far from the airport, the hotel has a driveway lined with palms and an opulent lobby and pool area. We were there during Ramadan and enjoyed the nightly feast that they put on at this hotel (total cost for 2 people was under $30, amazing). The staff provide a "welcome drink" when you first come in (juice, not alcohol, though there is a bar there too). Rooms are fine and quiet; the view onto the pool area is nice. Check out the horses at the stable next door!

Nice pool view and the pool is warm, room service is excellent and quick

Very nice clean hotel, central Cairo, close to all amenities

We stayed at the Concorde for 2 days while in Cairo during our visit to Egypt! The employees were extremely friendly and professional as well as helpful. The airline lost our luggage and they were kind enough to take care of following up and making sure that the luggage was delivered to us. I also left behind my credit card and were kind enough to hold it for us until we picked it up. The rooms are nice and reflect the price, everything was very clean. I would recommend this to any friend or family member. This is a good place close to the airport but you are about 1 hr away from the Pyramids and other main attractions, about 25 mins to downtown.

great atmospher and nice restaurants Good value for money

The hotel itself is gorgeous , clean , and the service was excellent , I felt save and felt like home..... The securities were wonderful ended from the intrance to the hotel lobby and the free shuttle's driver picked me up from inside the custom immigration and dropped me to the hotel and so when the day my departures the driver was courteous and I felt so special . I personally thank you so so much for your hospitality and I am looking forward to come and visit you again on my next vacation....... Very happy and sincerely " Siti Shaw "

The hotel in general was good. Electricity was fluctuating and it got cut off on the entire floor(2) for a couple of a hours including elevators. One of the positive points, they have got good variety of restaurants inside the hotel (7) for different cuisines.

My experience was wonderful, the service, cleanliness, the room and all that was provided was excellent. The nearness to the airport was a plus. The only drawback is its isolation from shopping; although we discovered a mall not too far but it did require a taxi. Also be aware that if yoou get a taxi inside you pay 20 pounds more than if you walk outside the gate. Overall an excellent experience.

Even the hotel staff are in collussion with the take advantage of tourist mentality of Cairo. They suggested we use their taxi driver who then proceeded to spend our money the rest of the day by dropping off at his friend's enterprises to work us over. Breakfast was expensive.

Excellent location and service, close to the airport. Not much to do in the area. Food was excellent. Was treated as VIP.

room services very poor. changing tools at pathroom very very very bad really for one star level, expencive rate for internet use while free charge in most of 5 stars hotail around the word. you should pay $300 in advance as a guarantee for calls, landryand room bar, then you will recive this amount at last day but in egyption pound not US doller

Very pretty hotel. Staff was friendly when it came to offering services but deceiving when it came to paying. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far from the tourist attractions but it is worth staying away from the commotion. After trying to explore Cairo by ourselves (was not successful), we had the hotel set up a private tour for us and had a lot of fun. For our second trip, our driver did not show up to pick us up in the night and we had to call the hotel for him to get us. We were overcharged for the internet at check out and were forced to pay again. We left unhappy. Finally, when being dropped off for the airport with the free shuttle we were given attitude for not tipping.

Had a great view from my room. The staff was friendly and very polite. The location is nice. The service was excellent from all of the restaurants on the premises. Not far from most major attractions. I would stay there on any future visits.

The marble and chandeliered grandeur of the hotel made it a popular setting for local weddings. We had a moment of uncertainty when we first entered the secured gate of the compound, as we are independent travelers who like to "mix it up" with the locals, but do understand that some travelers find comfort in being greeted by bomb-sniffing German shepherds. The grounds were beautiful, the amenities ample (but always an added-charge), the staff plentiful and helpful, and, most importantly, the beds were soporifically comfortable. The compound has four restaurants, but be forewarned about outside seating. The maitre d' asked if we preferred sitting inside or out, we chose outside, and were surprised to find a "veranda" charge for two, AND a cover charge for the singer who sang to a karoake-style music box. We never did find the "free all-day wine and water" that was offered in the advertisment. All things considered, though, we had a pleasant stay.

Basically an overnight stay while waiting to fly home. As a place to spend a day relaxing at the end of a busy trip, this was great. 5-star all the way. While checking I mentioned that I would be going to the airport at 2:00 pm and they immediately extended my check out time by two hours at no charge so I wouldn't have to sit in the lobby waiting. 5-6 excellent restaurants on site.

it was a great experience. great location, stuff is friendly. the only thing is that room cleaning can be done at any time of the day, and people do come in, even there is do not disturb sign on the door.

We chose this hotel as a place to spend a night near the hotel before an early flight out of Cairo. We didn't have a lot of time to spend since we got there late and were leaving early. It was a very nice hotel though and we wished we had more time to spend there.

I wish we would have found this hotel on the first day of our trip instead of the last. It was by far the best hotel we stayed in, and it was also close to the least expensive through [...]. The food was a little expensive, but that's what we found pretty much everywhere in Egypt. The food was good though, which was a welcome change from the rest of the trip.
