Safe broke, locking everything inside. Took 1 hour for someone to come take a look, another hour to open it. Restaurants in hotel were very good. Hotel reeked of smoke. Staff was very friendly.

NADA ,MURIETT ,MUHAMMED ,EVERYONE WAS KIIND AND FRIENDLY VERY CENTRAL NOT DIRECT VIEW OF THE OCEAN BUT PLACE WAS AWESOME .

This hotel is very dirty and old. The breakfast is over priced, the inly reason to stay here is if you desperately need to be close to the museum.

Elegant and clean hotel, friendly staff, great location. I certainly recommend it.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very close to major sightseeing attractions in Cairo and not very far from airport. Best value for money

We were looking for a comfortable and central hotel in Cairo and we found just that at this Hilton. The Nile view room was quite beautiful at night but the sounds of the city while not overwhelming could be heard at all hours. The staff was very warm and welcoming and the location felt very safe. The walk to the Egyptian museum was short, yet with no dedicated pedestrian crossing paths can feel a bit like a game of Russian roulette.

i can say was a nice and wonderfull stay there in cairo, , the hotel for my opinion i s 1 of the best hotel ever visited , everything was ok for sure next year ill be there again , thanks everyone of staff, was for me unforgetable experiences thanks all

This hotel is the perfect Cairo base to see things. It is next to the Egyptian Museum and within a short distance of many Cairo sights. The staff was the best part of the hotel. They spoke English and went out of there way, from the bellman, security, registration, etc to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This hotel has great restaurants, shopping, and services. Everything we needed was able to be arranged by Hilton. We overlooked the Nile and had a beautiful 18 story view of the river and city.

I really liked the Ramses Hilton. The service was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included in the price I paid) was outstanding with a great deal of variety (including hibiscus juice). I had a really nice room on the 22 floor with a view over the Nile, Cairo (including the Citadel and the Alabaster Mosque) and the pyramids in the distance. So after a busy day sightseeing, I enjoyed sitting on my small balcony and just looking at the view. The location is wonderful. One can stroll along the Nile, walk to the Cairo Tower, and the Egyptian Museum is just across the road - actually several busy roads. Crossing roads anywhere in Cairo can be a bit challenging at first but after a while it gets quite easy. My room high up was not noisy - rooms lower down could have traffic noise. For those concerned about safety, the hotel has excellent security. Every vehicle coming in is sniffed by dogs and there are metal detectors at the entrance. I was surprised and very pleased by the friendly and individual attention of all the staff I met- particularly praiseworthy given the large size of the hotel.

I had a very attractive rate in the January sale for the Ramses Hilton. It is a Hilton so the room was spacious and clean, but it was clear that it needs renovation as so many things were broken. The service staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect near Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum, but that also means that there is lots of traffic.

could not get a credit or refund never went called to change reservation a month in advance not cool waste of money cool location i guess, basic hotel

Nice hotel. There is the sound of traffic from the busy roads outside. Centrally located so easy to get to all historical attractions.
