Cut my finger on formica that was cracked. I took a wipe and the floor was dirty like really dirty. This was like the Bates hotel.
This property provided a safe, convenient home base for our purposes driving into downtown buffalo for wing hopping and it's a reasonable 20-minute drive to the stadium. The rooms are very sparse and the cleaning is not spotless, but it's doable. However, for any small issues that I did have, the mgmt. was super responsive and extremely friendly. I think given the price point, it's a reasonable place to stay, just be mindful it's going to the amenities are going to be scaled down as it's a budget motel.
Lots of noises throughout the night including the ice machine right outside of my door. There was a family fighting and I think the police had to be involved. There were questionable folks around the property.
Bedsheets weren’t clean. There were some stains on it. Found someone’s hair on it too. There were some hair in the towels too as if they weren’t washed properly. There was a weird smell coming from towels and napkins. The room itself was stinking. I had requested non-smoking room; however, the cigarette smell was still there when we entered in the room. I had to keep the window open for an hour or so to get it out. Bathroom was super filthy and didn’t like going in the bathroom at all. I cannot believe how poor the condition of this hotel room was. I wanted to complain the front desk immediately; however, it was very late and my kids needed a good sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
