It was a great night, Sabres game and then back to the hotel. Our room wasnt ready when we arrived but they gave us 2 free drinks at the bar while we waited and kept in contact with us. They were very friendly and helpful. Our jr. presidential suite was clean and nice.

I expected a better experience. Parking was an inconvenience with luggage. No valet. Just missed the mark right from the first encounter.

I like that this property is attached through the parking garage to Key Bank Center. The staff was outstanding, especially Gracie in the restaurant. It is a vibrant hotel.
The service was beyond excellent! If I could give a better rate I would! We got to buffalo really early on a red eye and 3 kids! The hotel staff were so so kind and helpful and helped us get a room earlier than at checkin time. I can’t stress enough how kind and friendly and helpful EVERYONE at the hotel was! Also the room was amazing! So comfortable to have a separate sitting area when you travel with 3 small kids! Definitely will be our go to hotel every time we go to buffalo!

The location next to the Buffalo canal side and everything downtown couldn't have been better. Excellent hotel.
From the valet to the checkout, a great hotel experience with all the comforts one could hope for. All who work there are over the top friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of in every area no matter how minor it may have been. A definite save on my list for the Buffalo area. A great city with a nice waterfront and great foodies.
