Room was very recently remodeled (within the past couple of weeks) and spotless. Staff was helpful and friendly. The price was substantially lower than nearby hotels. The only problem during my visit was that renovation was ongoing, so the fitness room was not open, and the breakfast was limited. But the friendly staff made up for it.

Parking was fine except that we were unable to exit the garage. I had to re-enter the hotel to tell them, and they had to redirect us. The room was clean; however, this hotel is under construction. At no place did it mention that. We paid several hundred dollars for a room in a hotel that was under construction. The phone didn't work. We were incredibly disappointed in this hotel.

None of the information I saw about the hotel mentioned that it is undergoing very extensive renovation right now. There was dust, construction debris everywhere. Sheets of plastic covering the floor in the corridor. Banging, power tools going all day. One afternoon the water was shut off. The public bathroom in the lobby was out of order. The hotel is actually very nice, but it should not be open until the construction is finished. Until then, STAY AWAY!

Under counstruction, must walk through construction and wet paint. Elevator not working and not ADA friendly as there are multiple flights of stairs. Staff was not helpful unless threatened by calling their supervisor. I do not reccomend this hotel.

The Logan Express is excellent for getting to and from the hotel. The hotel staff were wonderful! The morning coffee was a nice surprise.

Midtown Hotel is well located and has onsite parking. They do not have a working elevator and their wifi is not good. We did not have wifi in our room at all, which is pretty bad. They provided an external 800 number to call to some help desk, who tried but said that my phone (the latest version Apple smartphone!) wasn't compatible. This is not really acceptable in this day and age. They need to sort out that issue. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly, despite not being able to check in to my room until after 5:00 (normal check in is at 3:00). There was some issue with housekeeping.

The staff were kind but incompetent. The hotel was under renovation and you had to walk through active construction. The garage was so low that most SUVs or trucks would not fit easily. Not much of a lobby but there were snacks for outrageous prices. The plus was that the hotel is within a 15 min walk of Fenway Park. Cannot believe we paid to stay here.

Came to Boston for a mother/daughter trip. The staff was so great & kind. The hotel is under renovations. We had a leak in our ceiling & the staff was more than accommodating. They got us into another room as soon as one was available. The hotel even comped us for the room!

All the staff we encountered were wonderful, and incredibly friendly & helpful! While hotel renovations made the place feel a little sketchy in places, the room itself was comfy, fairly spacious & quiet. The TV’s placement in the room we were in was a little strange (you couldn’t watch it from our bed). But regardless, for the price/location, the little quirks were more than ok with us! We’d stay here again, for the right price.
