Their were people out in the lobby both nights past 10:00, partying, being loud and the staff did nothing to quiet them down, send them back to their rooms which meant everyone around the lobby had no rest or sleep, same thing happened first thing in the morning around 5:30/6 as well. Then in the dining room a breakfast attendant wiped down a trash can with a rag and then used the same rag to wipe tables and the breakfast buffet bar.

Decent hotel, everyone was nice, room was clean, morning breakfast was good. Only complaint is that the mattresses are sooo hard. They need softer matresses, I woke up with back pain quite a few times and the pillows are small and not very full and fluffy. They need better pillows and mattresses, more hotel quality and then things would be good.

This hotel truly rescued our birthday trip after a rough experience elsewhere. We arrived late, but the staff were gracious and immediately let us check in without hesitation. Every team member we met was warm, friendly, and attentive—offering smiles and helpfulness whether we passed through the lobby midday or grabbed a snack after midnight. Our room was spacious and spotless, much larger and cleaner than our previous hotel, and at a better price. The beds were well made, the bathroom was immaculate every day, and you could feel the care in every detail. From our very first interaction to our last goodbye, the hospitality was outstanding. What really stood out was how genuinely empathetic and accommodating everyone was; even though our earlier travel issues had nothing to do with them, they made us feel appreciated and cared for. The clear communication at check-in, welcoming environment at all hours, and overall warmth transformed our stay into a wonderful memory. Without question, I look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and true hospitality.
