Staff was friendly and pleasant but the room needed some upkeep with discolored paint spots on the walls and minor repairs in the bathroom chalking and door. Overall fit the bill of just needed a place to crash for the night and the locations was perfect to get to Salem and get back out.

There were roaches and the bed was awful, which is really a hit or miss at any place. Everytime we came back from somewhere, our room had a weird overpowering fruity/musky smell that wasn't there when we would leave. There were no chairs or any place to sit other than on the bed.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed, and I urge you to avoid it at all costs. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with blood stains, other types of stains, and hair all over the sheets. The toilet was completely non-functional, and the beds were broken. I strongly advise against staying here, and I will never return to this place. I give this place 0 Stars

Front desk concierge was super friendly and accommodating. If it wasn’t for her, I would give this place negative 10 stars. Families- please do not stay here with young children. Checked in and checked out within five minutes. Roach crawling on our bed, hallway carpets were bleached as if they were trying to remove god knows what, TV were not working (told upon checking in), an ambulance was arriving as we were leaving prob for someone having an OD. Place did not feel safe, was not sanitary, and I honestly didn’t want to touch anything. Again, if it wasn’t for the female front desk worker (I want to say her name was Nicole) this place would have nothing positive. I hope she finds a better hotel/motel to work at.

No fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table, chairs, luggage carts in room. Just 2 beds, tv and phone. Dirty room, wax on floor, only 1 light by the door for entire room. Indoor pool closed. Received a full refund and left to stay at another hotel. Checked my credit card statement and now see i was charged a 2nd time for the stay so will have to dispute the charge.

There was no hot water so couldnt shower. Even let it run for a but but nope. I felt dirty. The bed had long black hair all over the pillows and stains all over the sheets. Felt gross. Staff was very nice. Asked to have manager call us for refund and didnt call us. Do NOT stay here. Not worth it.

The girl we dealt with was very helpful. 1st room, Key didn't work, then wrong bed setup. Next room tv didn't work, next room no fridge or microwave. 4th room smelled, but we sprayed it, didn't want to move again. 3rd day key stopped working. Manager didn't want to hear anything, just said sorry

Inexpensive but definitely would of picked a slightly higher price even $20 more and it would of been a much nicer hotel… u get what u pay for I guess but I was surprised that there was only one mirror (in bathroom only) there was ALOT of empty space and they said in ad that it was renovated in 2016? It had new mattresses.. new blankets… I guess that was the renovation… staff was friendly and helpful though! Especially the manager with a cap on..,(definitely seemed like he was from Boston) super nice and helpful!
