First things first - biggest recognition to the front desk people check in and check out - amazing. Warm, friendly and caring. Rooms were suprising because it has a feel more like a town house, but we did not complain about the space. Rooms very clean. Only minor comment - the "night lights" in the rooms were too bright so we just needed to cover them up. We would definately stay there again. Location - close to malls, Salem and Great breakfast Place Nick's.

The hotel was Great!!!!! Peter was very helpful and sweet. Will definitely stay here again!! Rooms was very spacious and clean.

Large updated unit. Froendly staff nice access. Would stay again

Property located next to highway. Noise was unbearable. Climbing three flights of steep steps with luggage was difficult

Our experience was excellent. We were upgraded to an excellent suite with no additional cost. The staff is helpful and exceptionally friendly, far above average. It is located near several major highways providing convenient access to locations along the Massachusetts North Shore, New Hampshire, and SE Maine, as well as Boston.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff was great and our room was very nice. The only issue we had was hearing the footsteps of the guests in the room above ours. We enjoyed a bratwurst reception in the evening, and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The sign is difficult to see in the evening so be sure to look for the Costco and turn in. It's tricky getting back to it if you miss the turn. Overall it was a comfortable and affordable place to stay while visiting Boston.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel if we cannot get reservations directly in Salem, MA for our stay in the area. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating (we're pretty easy-going people besides), the rooms are always clean and comfortable. If you're not familiar with where to turn off of Route 1 for this hotel, you will miss it, as it's pretty well hidden from the highway. We only stay for one or two nights, but the rooms are suited for longer stays as well.

The hotel and staff were terrific, but trying to get to it was a nightmare! If you pass it, it takes a bit to turn around and try to get there. Otherwise, it is a perfect hotel to stay at and has a good continental breakfast.

Very nice layout and really liked that the units were individualized like apartments as opposed to long hallways with rooms right next to each other.

it doesent get any better for the value.very clean

My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn for two nights. The welcome at the desk was warm and even though we were very early they got our room ready right away. The room was immaculate with a king bed, large TV, couch which made into a bed, lounge chair, coffee table, a desk which doubled as a table and a full kitchen. There were two closets, an ice machine in the refrigerator and besides the usual cooffe makings there was popcorn to make. It was too hot outside to feel like having a fire but if we had wanted one there was a fireplace with Duraflame logs for purchase at the front desk. It was even too hot to use the outside pool but it looked inviting. There was also a small gym. In the morning there was breakfast with cereal and other cold items as well as a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal and all kinds of beverages. One service offered for no extra charge was to do grocery shopping for guests if you had a list to the front desk before 9:30 AM. This is th first place we have ever stayed with this service. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a great stay here! It started as sonn as we got to check-in. The staff was great, the room was clean and had pleanty of amenities and breakfast was good and plentiful. I wish we had more time to spend here!

Very comfortable and spacious room. Loved the breakfast. Easy access parking to the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Flexible check-in time was nice with my late arrival. I would strongly recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice accommodations. The front desk staff and the morning breakfast staff where very friendly and helpful.

We had a family function and were staying at the hotel. Nice clean room, entire complex well maintained and highly recommend

clean, very roomy, very nice staff

Spacious, quiet, very clean, wonderful fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, very helpful staff, plus a full tasty breakfast including eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruits, fresh made waffles, and more. We were visiting family and touring sites in Salem which was a short, easy drive from Danvers. Finding the hotel is challenging - remember it is on the Northbound side of US 1, it has a small hotel sign, and most importantly, the driveway is between the Hardcover Restaurant and TGIFridays. We are planning to return again soon.

Staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean and homey. It is a little noisy as it sits right off the highway. Also, the rooms to not have wireless access which is a must for every hotel serving business customers in today's world.

Good afternoon Paulette, I am glad to hear you enjoyed our evening reception at our hotel, it is a wonderful amenity that Residence Inn's offer. I do apologize for the lack of signage leading up to the hotel. I have had the lighting replaced to make our sign brighter. Thank you for your feedback and kind words.
