The hotel was great, the only thing that bothered us is the water in the sink stayed before it flashed down. My sister was at the different room and she had the same problem there. Other then that the hotel is very huge with pool, small garden and looks gorgeous! Very nice staff.
I e place shuttle service got messed up after concert
Close to the downtown area. Nice hotel, great pillows. Breakfast is good! Modern
Nice location, friendly check in staff, nice pool area. Clean facility all the way around for it being a little older. Room is large except for the tub/toilet room. It is just too small - think closet. I would still recommend to travelers. I like clean!
I expected much better service from the staff. This is not some cheap two star hotel. There was no one to help unload or transport luggage. This was a surprise to me. An incident occurred that was unacceptable. While I was transporting a full cart of luggage out of the hotel. I was approaching a double door. A housekeeper was standing at the door. She didn't even offer to open the door . She immediately walked away. This happened twice by the same housekeeper. I was not impressed at all. Any customer at that hotel would have held that door open gladly. I reported the incident to the front desk clerk because I was quit mad about the poor attitude . He didn't seem the think it was a big deal and didn't take the incident as a complaint. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere next trip to Boise.
I reserved a "King" bed. I traveled alone. My room had 2 doulbe beds. I am 6'3". A double bed is not reasonable. Hence, the reservation for the King bed. I am not sure what happened. The staff was polite. The air conditioning was a bit loud. The location is great to Boise State University. I was disappointed that I did not get what was reserved and still do not know why.
They have a 24 hour free shuttle. They take you anywhere. Clean great staff
Very nice and clean
The hotel offers many things right at the hotel for a get away. They offer a great Breakfast, the pool and spa are well kept. The rooms have nice beds, but if it's for a family just know that the Hide a bed is over used and needs to be replaced. The room had a nice sitting area with a desk, and big Television. Over all we enjoyed our stay, and would return again
