Budget Inn Boise

This property was one of the better budget friendly hotels I have stayed at. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not really any amenities but for the price, it is a decent option.

This was like an actual horror movie. The woman at the front desk was reporting a every when we checked in. The bathtub was dirty and chipped, the sink and tiles were cracked, the whole bathroom was falling apart. The water was yellow. There were holes in the ceiling. There were cigarette burns on the blankets. It wax one of the worst, Sketchiest, sleeziest hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life.

There was poop or puke on the shower curtain, the attendant didn't listen when we first requested a non smoking room. Had to go back and request again for non smoking. Several outlets in the room did not work. Manager would not hear my complaints. She shut the office door and walked away. Thankfully previous shift attendant was onsite still or ai wouldn't have gotten my $50 cash deposit. I will NEVER stay here again. i am going to be looking into a refund.

Nothing was unique about the property. It reminded me of a very old motel that saw much better days back in 1955. Badly in need of repair and renovation. Also, the posted photos on Orbitz are very misleading. The rooms are not nearly that well kept. Everything is faded, chipped, and old.

They had lids for their ice buckets that was kool, the lady at check in was super rude, although when I called to book the room a guy named Jason answered he was super kool and nice he should get a promotion for still being a nice person having to work with that woman :( The room was disgusting the tub and toilet were dirty the towels and rags were stained like bad the bottom drawer of the entertainment center was taken apart and the parts were inside the drawer on the tray that the coffee pot was on there was spilled coffee and a broken butter knife the walls were hella stained there the pillows were lumpy and pillow cases stained it was all together gross I will never recommend people staying there I wouldn’t even recommend pent staying there it was horrible

There were several flies in my room, it smelled like fish, and the WiFi only worked outside of my room. It appeared as though my room was a converted laundry room. I called the front desk to ask if I could change rooms and was told I couldn’t despite the parking lot not being remotely full. The front desk told me they would bring fly spray. Called Orbitz and requested a refund which still hasn’t processed including the room fee or the $50 deposit several days later. After getting off the phone and packing up, i left and there was still no fly spray. Worse, as I left, I found the guy at the front desk just sitting on the couch in the lobby drinking a beer. Strongly do not recommend.

Rude desk attendant. Old run down room. Toilet ran all night. Trash behind bed. Stains on towels. Shower had good strong pressure.

The doors on inside were black from dirt. The tub water stain and wouldnt turn all way off. Ceiling had yellow splotches all over. Bed was comfortable. Usually stay there but now will reconsider.

Worst hotel ever smelled like smoke and old like it hadn’t been cleansed and there was bed bugs we asked for a refund and left this place ASAP

It's what would be expected with a budget and smoking room. Big issue was the shower was clogged and had to shower in a pool of water

It is filthy and in disrepair, tv remote had no battery or battery cover to keep battery in. Everything was stained and dirty, bath tub, toilet, towels and bedding included. There was no mattress pad, just a flat sheet, bed was horrible. Under bathroom sink had rotted drywall. No towel bar, towels left on top of toilet.

Definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First I waited for 45 minutes to check in simply because the guy didn't know how to access my Orbitz reservation. Then when I finally got checked in and got to my room, the place was a total dump! The room clearly hadn't been cleaned - the sheets were stained and had someone else's hair all over them, there were chunks of something (not sure what it was) all over in the bathroom sink, more hair in both the sink and shower, paint missing on the walls, the toilet didn't work well, etc. It was absolutely disgusting!! This place should be condemned by the health department!
