This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for the price. WiFi did not work, TV did not work, room reeked of cigarette smoke, bathroom was disgusting and sketchy characters that I suspect are living in the hotel and were partying all night and making a lot of noise. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all in my life.

I have stayed here a few times before, but this was the worst stay. There was no hot water in the morning, there were no washcloths available, the ceiling fan light sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The coffee pot did not work. The toiler ran constantly. I won't be back again, even for the low cost.

we did not even go in the room,,, the hotel staff terrible they wanted id of everyone staying in the room,,, the male staff that I talked said we could have no visit in our room,, and if we did he would call the cops,,, he said the hotel was privately owned and they could make up any rules they wanted to this man was so rude and threating that we got our guest room cards went around the connor to the store and came back and put the key cards are the counter and left this person acted as if we were some kind of crooks or drug dealers I was so not happy at all and will never return to this location ever agaiin

the service sucked i booked it for the day but when i checked in they said it was booked for the next day so they charged me for 2 days never stayed the second day it was a joke I will never stay there again

Clean, quiet, accessible to downtown. Older building that needs renovation and repair. Great for a place to sleep if that is all you need, but not a destination stop.

Cheap hotel. Non smoking room stank of smoke and other things. It should be $25/night not $60/night

I like to find the least expensive motel and always hope that it will be nice, or at least tolerable. I always stay here when passing through Boise. My room has always been clean, the fridge, WiFi and TV always work, and nothing sketchy has ever happened.

Hotels were sold out all over Boise so this was a last ditch effort. We checked into the room and it smelled like urine and mildew. I am sorry to say, we took the loss and ended up driving around for 2 hours until we found an available hotel.

The place was almost clean but it is a dump. Looks like a lot of locals in the room. Doesn't feel safe. If a hotel could be rated a 0-star hotel, this would be it in my opinion. Great hotel if you want the cheapest hotel in the city, don't care what it looks like, have personal protection, something to wrap yourself in and you just need a bed for a night.

Nothing special, older but a good price. Nice walking trail near by and down town is near by

First time I booked on line. Was a last minuet booking so not a lot of options. Can not really recommend it for anything but price.

Small room but comfortable beds. Clean but nothing special. The outside could definitely use some TLC but over all a good value for the price.

It looked a little dumpy on the outside but was nice on the inside. The room was a little small, but hey, it was about 40 % less than the two or three star hotels in the downtown area. If you would like to keep more of you money than have lots of floor space, than this is a decent downtown are cheap hotel.

It was fine for the price. We're driving across the country so we need to save money.

There was not enough parking, you could see daylight through the front door. The bed was horrible, very worn! The bathroom was dirty, stuff on the walls and in the corners. When I turned the water on in the shower, there was stuff that floated around in the bottom of it. And worse of all...the bathroom door didn't even fit the door frame! I couldn't close the door and lock it. We knew it being a 2 star hotel that it wouldn't be perfect, but cleanliness would have be nice along with a bathroom door that at least fit the frame...

Everything worked. Room had tub/shower, refrigerator, microwave, coffemaker. Room was clean, recently painted. Comfortable bed. Next door to one of Boise's most popular breakfast diners.

reception was unfriendly and person also was rude to someone on the phone - room smelly and not clean enough

Only roms available were smoking. Burn holes in blankets, comforters and upholstry of chair. Small pillows. Two rooms of the three had plumbing problems. Water pouring from the ceiling because bath room upstairs above was not plumbed correctly. second issue with the toilet in the bath room spewing water from the tank all over floor when flushed. Overall bad experience:(((

You didn't have to extend your stay. Sorry to hear you have complaints. Apparently, that was not the case the multiple times you came into the office.
