I didn’t like the fact that we paid for the hotel through Orbitz and then when we arrived at the hotel there was a small little sign at the front desk that said they don’t except Guess who live within 126 miles of the hotel. That would’ve been nice to know before driving over there and spending the money upfront. We had to cancel our reservation wait for a refund and stayed another hotel in the area. Ridiculous

Made reservation. Drove 120 miles and was initially told we couldn't check in because we were "local". Thats right .. coming from a town 120 miles away we were considered local??

The room was adequately clean and in good condition. Room had a refrigerator and microwave oven which is a plus. Overall, we were very satisfied for an overnight stay on a long road trip. It was located just off the freeway not in a bad area just not in a scenic area of town and very close to the airport.

The room wreaked like cigarette smoke and the breakfast in the morning had nothing to eat for someone with a nut allergy so we were unable to eat the breakfast.

Acceptable for the price for a Boise pit stop on a very long drive. Free breakfast was super limited.

I don’t think anything was really unique but it was very cozy and I was able to get a good nights sleep

Poor poor poor. Nothing seemed to work like it was supposed to. The staff was as helpful as they are probably allowed so they aren’t to blame. Super old and outdated

There is no shuttle to the hotel/airport. They have a taxi service and it takes a lot of time. Property is located 3-4 minutes from the airport, yet we had to wait over 35 minutes for the taxi to arrive and pick us up.

Location was good right off the interstate. It is a 2 star hotel so you get what you pay for.

I arrived late and couldn’t get the free shuttle to respond. Had to pay for a taxi. I selected your motel especially because I believed the 24 hour shuttle would be reliable. I was disappointed.

Smoky hallway, unclear if there is an elevator (I didn’t see one and hauled my luggage up the stairs). The pool was drained and there was no breakfast (though booking site lists both of these amenities).

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel.
