I travel for work and this hotel has bed bugs were for real. I was better off sleeping in the parking lot.
One word filthy.
Clean sheets and towels, good.
Pulled up and found the property uncared for. everything about the exterior and the curtains screams uncared for. The people hanging around the parking lot appeared untrustworthy. I had thing in the back of my truck I don.t feel would have been there in the morning if we had stayed there. Didn't try to get my money back. not worth the effort.

Loved the young man at the front desk , my room was dirty , pillow had stuffing coming out of it , had an awesome cleaning guy come in the following morning , said oh no and changed all bedding got new pillows mopped the floor that I walked barefoot on and stuck to it , reciprocal is hanging from the wall unattached duke tape holding the wires together , staff was awesome with fixing any complaints
We didn’t even stay here. Going inside we knew immediately that NO ONE should ever stay there. The doors were dirty, the only light flickered, the carpet was ripped up in multiple places, everything was dirty including the beds. There was puke or something in the corner by one of the beds. And worst of all there was MOLD in multiple spots.
I have stayed at the Urban before thats why i thought the Lotus would be a nice place but there was way too many broke down vehicles in the parking lot along with alot if unsavory characters at the hotel. Some you could tell were on drugs. The door lock messed up twice causing me to have to get new keys. There were animals in the building along with one person throwing bags of animal fesces from one of the upstairs rooms windows. I didnt feel comfortable nor safe at this location.
Great stay. Roger at the front desk is great to deal with.
