It was decent motel. Everything worked out as expected.

Nice hotel. Traveling with my elderly mother and her dog. Patio door was great to walk the dog. Pool was small. Fresh eggs with the breakfast wouldhave been better. Waffles were great. Staff was friendly.

I brought my dog with me and the room was perfect. To open the sliding glass door and walk out from my room to take him to the bathroom was awesome.

Good breakfast, but a lot of noise at night. The hotel needs an upgrade, new carpet and new beds.

They need to take some time and update this hotel. 1970s style room furniture. They haven't even taken the time to remove old Shilo Inn logo from entrance way.

The view was excellent we were on the Riverside. My wife cannot use the vanity area because the lighting was so poor and flickering they were also ants on the countertop by the sink area. The staff was very friendly

I enjoyed the pool and hot tub, hospitality room (especially the unsweetened applesauce and blackberry jam!), plentiful coffee and honey/flavors of creamers, wifi and tv (Go food network/HGTV/Disney), and very warm and friendly staff at checkin and hospitality room. The only thing that would have made it better is a pack n play or crib. Maybe a long mirror in the lobby or by the hospitality room would be useful. I like the two staircases in addition to the elevator- I actually was encouraged to use the stairs!

We booked a room for two nights, non-refundable. We stayed one night and walked away from the other. I should have know when the tile floor in the elevator was cracked and broken but the 1:30 a.m. noise through the walls from the upstairs, downstairs and hall was the end. We got no sleep, the room smelled and by morning we were out at first light. Never stay at this motel, never.

we were traveling from Washington state to las vegas and stayed in boise for the night, people were great location was awesome and rooms were ok but building sucked. we were on the second floor and can hear every footstep people make upstairs let alone part of there conversations. the ceilings creaked and moaned like an old barn door. Then to top of the horrible conditions and the opportunity for us to get an early start to our venture, the group that was staying above us come back stomping around, well next thing we know we start hearing woman screaming and a large thud that seemed like someone was going to come through the ceiling, it got quiet again for about 10min and the footsteps started again for another hour, mind you that the screaming and thud happened around 12:30ish later at checkout found out there was indeed an altercation but front desk wouldn't say what happend. so if you have to stay there recommendation stay on the top floor maybe the only thing you'll have to deal with is banging on the walls instead of the creaks of an old building

First off, the place is WORN DOWN. You can tell it used to be filled with smoke and there is a grimy veneer covering the whole place. The rooms had dirty spots in the shower, holes in the walls, and other issues. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast is the worst imaginable. And the location is very far from town in a desolate part of town. Pick something better, because this place sucks.

This hotel is clean and right on the river and the greenbelt, making it easy for walking, and is centrally located.

A bit outdated but great for the price. Staff great and the amenities were appreciated.

Nice staff. Room was very cold they didn't turn the heat on in the room and it was like an ice box. They did move us to another room that was a little bit warmer. The spa was dirty. Beds where OK room small

While in town for business, I like to stay at Cottonwood suites. The rates are good, the location is convenient to anywhere in the Boise and being right on the Boise River Greenbelt allows for some good walks.

Although it was clean enough, rooms were on smaller side and very dated. The workout equipment was rusted. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

The hotel is not as clean as I would like. The staff were perfect and willing to help. The breakfast worth the price of hotel flaws. The hotel needs an update on cable service, without a doubt.

Love it.. only place I will stay in the Spokane area

Located right next to the walking paths, there is easy access for a walk along the river and then into downtown.

Horrible stinky hotel. Smells heavy of smoke. Gross. Stained sheets. Chewed straw next to bed. Went to a different hotel
