This place is almost comically bad. I was rolling through Boise and needed a place at the last minute. The facilities were broken down, dirty, and truly sub-standard. I literally brought my sleeping bag from my car -- I couldn't imagine was the sheets were like under the bedspread. I've stayed in thousands of hotels -- this quite frankly was the WORST of the bunch.

Avoid!!! There was something sketchy with administration. We got there and the staff person couldnt find our reservation, they claimed they always have problems with expedia. Then they were going to put us in a room, had some guy go check it was available. There was a staff member staying there. They finished up our new paperwork then found our original. Someone else had signed under my name and they were in our original room. They said they had a new system and it kept messing up and how she book someone to an already occupied room the other week. It was 1am so we didnt want to go somewhere else. We were so sketched out we put our table in front of the door. Then in the am we go to check out. There was no one at the desk. We had to call the number, the maintenance guy (the staff member staying in the room from the night before) came to check us out. There was and issue with the system and it was saying we owed 50$ and that someone paid 40$cash the night before (which we didnt do as we prepaid) then he couldnt get a manager on the phone to help. Anywho super sketchy. Also the giy who got our original room reported blood on the sheets. Avoid! Seemed like people were living there as there was a school bus stop there in the am with a bunch of kids getting on.

This has become a homeless hotel, with various unsavory characters living there - seems almost third world.

Worse travel experience I have ever experienced. Didn’t stay there for more then 5 mins before I had to find a new hotel. I would not recommend this to anyone. Unsafe for my family and extremely dirty. I have never seen anything like this in my years of traveling. Please verify your hotels Expedia so no one has to go through that again.

Clean and comfortable for overnight

The room was comfortable and clean. It was in okay condition, but it's obvious some of it is pretty old. Even though it said it was a non smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes. There seemed to be a lot of people living at the hotel and the condition of their rooms didn't look very good. They were nice people, though, and no problem to us. Very good bed.

Staff was friendly. Property is rather seedy, with derelict vehicles and discarded appliances lying about. Room was clean, although it smelled like it had only been converted to a "No Smoking" room.

I had requested a king bed but because of weather received 2 double beds. There was no soap or shampoo in our room and the lotion bottle was half used. Had been told that breakfast would be served between 6 and 10 but when we went down at 7:30 there was no breakfast. Set up.

I called 2 days prior to our trip to inform the staff that we would be arriving around midnight. When we got there, we were told that Expedia overbooked the hotel. I will say though, that they did help us find a room at a nearby hotel.

Checking in was a breeze. Helpful, polite service by the gentleman that checked me and showed me my room. From there it pretty much when downhill. My room had many flies in it, there was no shower curtain or bath mat. I went to the front desk to let them know, unfortunately the gentleman that checked me had left for day. They did put in a shower curtain and said there was nothing they could do about the flies. I suggested getting one of the pet/people friendly products that are now on the market. The girl was nice about trying to go in my room and killing them with a fly swatter. She claimed she killed them all but one. Not true because they were back. They have a real fly problem there, not only my room but the lobby and where they serve breakfast. Outside by the pool, maybe a bug zapper would be a good investment! Breakfast was another problem, no paper cups for coffee and no food. The person who was supposed to order the food did not, so there was nothing to serve. They did offer to pay for breakfast at Denny’s which was very close and convenient. There were a lot of kids that belonged to the employees running around getting things out of snack area which I’m sure caused the shortage of some of the supplies. I stayed there last year and had no problems. The bright side of my trip was the gentleman who check me in when I arrived and checked me out when I left.
