We will be staying there again for sure

We always choose to stay at the Riverside when in Boise. A great staff, Greenbelt access, and breakfast to boot make it a no brainer.

10 stars for actual hospitality. Quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. The room scored high for meeting my accessibility needs. Genuinely friendly staff from cooks to custodial to desk people... Everyone was super helpful. Terrific food, and the complimentary breakfast (including the omelet chef) and dining room outshone every hotel I have stayed from Portland, Oregon to Tulsa, Oklahoma and back again.

Staff was great

Well run property, good facilities. But the walls are thin so it is a bit loud at times. Shower curtain smelled a bit like mildew but overall property was clean and has a nice atmosphere. Great for families.

While I wouldn't pay for "river view" again, since you really can't SEE it through the shrubs, etc., the hotel itself is right next to the river, so you can head out to the walking path any time. The BIG feature is Telaya Winery right across the parking lot. They are SO nice and the wine is good - and - there's live entertainment out on the green by the river! So relaxing!

Great hotel

Great stay again. Quick check in, many options for live music. And superb breakfast.

We booked a room with a balcony, pool and garden view, but when we arrived we were given a room with a balcony that was shared with another unit, the view of a brick wall. The carpet is worn, sticky, and it smelled of smoke, even though the room was a non smoking room, somebody has smoked in there for years and the room was permeated with smoke smells. floors and all of the lamps were dirty. There were cob webs all over. The bathtub was not draining properly. There was some kind of convention going on and it was very noisy.

The breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The Riverside is great for pet owners or people who want to hang out at the Sandbar and pool. It is also a great spot on the Boise River. However the cleanliness of the room and outdatedness of the hotel is not great. We had to have a maintenance person come up to fix the TV, the room didn't feel clean, and the grass area surrounding our building was dead and ugly. We also had a fire alarm at one point and I did not hear it in the bathroom, if I had been alone and it had been a real fire, I would have had no idea. Also, we didn't know why the fire alarm went off?

Bathroom tile needed some repair, maybe more than one hand towel in there, otherwise a very pleasant stay. My favorite feature: soft closing doors!!!

Was very nice situated along the Boise river! The staff were very friendly and the morning breakfast experience was very nice. There were lots of amenities available, and if we weren’t on a road trip, could have stayed longer.

Wonderful place on the River to spend a few days with the family (2 adults, 9yr old, and 3yr old). We all enjoyed the live music you could hear while playing in the pool in the afternoon. Good food on site and cookies in the evening at the front desk. Check in and out was a breeze and we received a great recommendation for a local restaurant. Will stay here again next time we are in Boise.

Great location, good entertainment, great breakfast.

Nice setting next to the river, and very good restaurant.
