Radisson Hotel Decapolis Miraflores

4.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

We were initially given a very basic room, quite compatible with a 2-3 star hotel room. The room was very depressing with no window to anywhere and surely I felt claustrophobic. Nothing on the walls, not even a small picture to uplift our spirits after a long trip from the US and tired of flying. The last nail on the coffin was when we used the toilet and was not able to flush it as it was broken. Went downstairs, practicall threw the keys at the reception desk and said fix it or I will simply leave for a better hotel. While we were eating at the Radisson restaurant, one of the employees came up, apologized profusely for the mishap and gave us an upgrade or much better room. From here on wards, everything worked like a Swiss watch and we were very pleased with the way the on-duty employees addressed the problems...

Hotel is in a good location, walkkng distance to the beach and to a lot of local restaurants,

Nice and clean. Nice area too walk around. Confortable rooms.

Helpful friendly staff! Great location close to shopping

We enjoyed our visit to Lima and one highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff was. The hotel is located at a very good spot, walking distance from the ocean, the mall, the parks and many other good restaurants. The weather in early April was excellent - warm sunny days between 70-80F, without rain and much humidity. The concierge staff at the hotel made it very easy for us to visit the attractions and was always there to help us with whatever help we needed. The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was great and it is in a very safe area and we could walk outside any time of the day

Everything was perfect... The hotel...the staff...I felt in love with Lima..gotto go back..really nice bar on the top wit awesome view and music chillout

Great rooftop bar. Best area of Lima. Solid business hotel.

After traveling from San Francisco, via Miami, to Lima, arriving very late, we were told there was no room for us, that they would move us to another Radisson 20 min. away and if we wanted they would move us back. Of course we wanted to be in the area we booked, and we got cheated out of free amenities. The next day was fine, but then the cleaning staff threw out a brown paper bag that we had sitting on the desk containing some of our essential travel items, including our box of Starbucks VIA!!! The worst part is that Starbucks does not supply them out of the USA! We were told to go buy more coffee and they would reimburse us, which they did, but have you ever tried to make drip Starbucks in a mini, one up maker with no spoon to measure?! That was in the bag as well. If you go just aware. It is a lovely hotel.

This is a nice hotel, reasonably priced compared with a comparable US hotel, in a good location. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again if in Lima.

This is our second stay in this hotel. We were happy the first time (a year ago) and were even happier now. The first time, we our choice was based on value (based on reviews) and location. Hotels in Lima, especially in Miraflores and San Isidro, can be overpriced and offer poor service; not so this one. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Malecón of Miraflores and an easy walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

Excellent hotel. great accomodations and friendly staff. good location

We stayed for a week.......................the service was really great..........everybody goes the extra mile to make you happy. Food was excellent. Room service was out of this world.

Call ahead to make sure your room reservation is correct, they had mine as a king instead of a double. They did correct once I was at the hotel. Also the room had a slightly mildew/mold smell not sure if it's just the age of the hotel but it wasn't constant just from time to time you could notice. About 6 block walk to the mall and pretty good water views just 1 block away. Hotel staff is very friendly and the concierge desk is helpful in finding your way around. Over all it was a nice stay at the hotel. Oh and breakfast is great!

Nice hotel. Be careful about using their taxi service going to airport, very overpriced. Better to use local taxi and negotiate the price beforehand, it is half what the hotel is charging.

Very nice hotel at a good price. Miraflores is a great neighborhood and this hotel is within walking distance to good restaurants and bars. If you can avoid it, don't use the hotels' cabs; they're twice as expensive as local taxis.

We read somewhere that Raddison was nicer in Peru than it was in the US, and that was definitely true. We booked it over Orbitz for the day we arrived in Lima, before we headed to Cusco. It was definitely nice enough, and actually one of the nicer places we stayed in Peru. So we booked it again on Orbitz for the day before we left.

Nice contemporary and clean Hotel. Good Sushi Bar. Friendly and competent staff.

Great value....the restaurant was amazing! The food was excellent.

It was good.
