Very nice hotel! Room was really spacious and nice view. Super convenient in MIraflores area. Everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly in the reception as well as the bar upstairs and the order taker at breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful options. We loved our stay!! Highly recommend!!
Great staff very accommodating, we arrived early in the day and were given a room.. really helped us out
We were initially given a very basic room, quite compatible with a 2-3 star hotel room. The room was very depressing with no window to anywhere and surely I felt claustrophobic. Nothing on the walls, not even a small picture to uplift our spirits after a long trip from the US and tired of flying. The last nail on the coffin was when we used the toilet and was not able to flush it as it was broken. Went downstairs, practicall threw the keys at the reception desk and said fix it or I will simply leave for a better hotel. While we were eating at the Radisson restaurant, one of the employees came up, apologized profusely for the mishap and gave us an upgrade or much better room. From here on wards, everything worked like a Swiss watch and we were very pleased with the way the on-duty employees addressed the problems...
