Nice spacious, clean and comfortable room and bed.

The room was spacious with a small living area and kitchenette. The room and facilities were well kept and comfortable. The breakfast options included several hot dishes that were made in small batches and were delicious! Would stay there again when in Boise!

I got a room in the first floor, extremely noise, the room was not clean properly did not removed tray with plates and silverware for two days. No worth the money I paid

Very nice hotel, highly recommend, safe area. great staff.

The room I stay in was first level very noise, the room was not clean properly. I had food service and the tray stayed for two days before is was taken . No worth the almost $180 per night. Good location

Our family enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Place Boise. The rooms were excellent and the food offerings in the lobby (24 hrs) were very convenient.

Great experience once again this is the second time we stay with them. We were a little disappointed that they took some of the things out of the food menu, but other than that, is was great

In town for a weekend reunion. We liked the room, staff were nice and helpful. We plan to visit Boise again next summer and have already talked about staying at the Hyatt again.

Nice place for shopping and medical appointments.

VERY nice and clean room but it smelled very strongly of cleanser or insect spray - almost overwhelming and I usually do not concern myself with such issues. Nearly asked to be moved but was too tired to do so.

Great hotel only complaint was breakfast not worth getting up for

I was able to complete my daily goals and was comforted throughout my stay.

The free breakfast was much more than anticipated. The price of the room was extremely fair.

Great hotel close to shopping! Clean & always a good experience.

Where to begin? The amazing service begins just there, at the beginning. From the first phone call inquiring about transportation from the airport to the final drop off, every interaction was professional, pleasant and exceeded any expectations. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient and professional and Kayla and Barbara were a pleasure to interact with. The hotel itself is all studio and more than enough space both in the generous living are and sleeping area. Clean and streamlined made this neat freak a happy traveler. I can stay anywhere, but I will be choosing this hotel for my frequent trips to Boise.

All good. Stopped over on our way to Yellowstone with 3 kids, to relax and enjoy the pool. The hotel is fine. The pool was OK, though could have been a bit cleaner.

Very nice hotel, accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast bar, nice indoor pool area located in the heart of lots of shopping stores and many restaurants to choose from and easy access to the freeway. I would definitely stay here again!

I whish that they could inform us before we complete teh reservation. Beds are very unconfortable. Staff great as always. I wouldn't recommend this place only for the beds issues.

I will definitely stay here again. The bar area downstairs is a nice convenience even though I didn't use it. Pool area was nice and spacious for kids. Rooms were very clean and large. The couch pull out in addition to the double beds made it perfect for three adults and two kids.
