Everything about the hotel was very welcoming. The whole facility was clean.

My children and I really liked this hotel. The staff was very quick to respond to requests and were also very helpful, even offering allergy free food options. The room however was quit small, no microwave and the fridge wa not mini but micro. Our room in particular was not cleaned well. The bathroom commode needed attention. And as I was cleaning up before leaving to make sure my children hadn't left anything behind I found medicine tablets on the floor next to my child's bed. This was troubling and further confirmed to me that my room had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. I did mention this at check out but no discount was offered or any other concession for the lack of quality in our stay. I would return to this hotel BUT will be more diligent next time.

Outdated and somewhat dirty, nice staff though. More of a motel than a hotel

Small and old, no extras on room.worse night sleep.

The front desk gave great information about restaurants in the area. People that are traveling for the first time in that city are not aware of what is available or good. So the hotel front desk person is personable and help.

The room was super clean and very comfortable. We had an excellent stay on our way to Utah. The breakfast was ok, but the hotel staff were very friendly.

The hotel has a great location but no elevator, which makes it difficult for persons with disabilities such as myself who arrived late and had to climb up to the second-floor room. In addition, the television/cable did not work despite several efforts to follow the detailed instructions provided. The instructions make clear that the cable service was an ongoing problem--otherwise, why would the hotel have to include a card on how to make cable work? The room itself was decent and clean but also on an outside entrance, not desirable for a woman traveling alone.

Unfortunately we were placed in an outside room directly in front of the stairs, is this because we booked through a third party website? The rate should specify whether the room is within the indoor portion of the hotel or outside. I would not have booked if I knew the room was outside. The automatic electronic lock was broken on my door so someone could just walk in from the outside without using a key. Luckily I have a habit of checking whether the door locks when I leave. The maintenance man was dealing with some drunk people before coming to fix my issue although we were trying to leave to get dinner. He had no idea what was wrong with the lock or how to fix it and completely avoided me every time I saw him thereafter. I had to turn the air fan on all night to drown out the noise from people walking by. In the morning, the office staff had no idea I had a problem with the door lock and that it was never fixed. They could have booked someone else in there who would have never known.

Beds where wonderfully comfortable to us weary travelers. Slept well. Easy check in and out. Beautiful view of Snow covered mountains. Good fresh air! Complementary breakfast was good and well supplied. Thank You for a wonderful stay!

The room was nice but could use more channel access. The door lock was faulty and I had to run the card several times each time I returned to the room. The front desk staff advised me they would have maintenance take care of it.

Hotel met my expectations and exceeded in some ways. Sort of a dark hotel needing some vital updates like its dingy lobby and common areas. Should be brought into the 21st century by all mean.

The trip overall was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were some neusense items that should be corrected. The TV was mounted on the wall and could only be watched from in bed. The TV also had a mind of its own and would shut off on it's own. The desk chair had a broken wheel and the seat cushon had stains. Lastly, there was no elevator.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The TV didn't work and there wasn't any wash cloths in the bathroom. The free hot breakfast was good.

Stayed here as an overnight while traveling from Omaha to Portland. Lovely rooms and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

I thought the hotel was nicely situated just off the major highway. Pretty good breakfast selection and the rooms were comfortable.

We have stayed here before when returning from vacation and didn't want to drive home until the next day. Excellent staff, customer service and rooms. I also stay here if I attend a play in Boise and don't want to drive home in the dark.

Near airport which is great. Clean and comfortable. Nice to have wifi free. Breakfast was more than expected. Fun to see all the firefighter taking a break from what looks to be a very hot job.

The price could be better if i reserved from another major search website. Coffee bag was left used in machine when I checked in. Not sure what else was used and not cleaned up. Overall value is ok considering the good location and free breakfast.

We booked online it showed available for five people with th option of a rollaway. This however is not the case other than that was decent deal . Just know all rooms are four person maximum occupancy.

This is one unique hotel, in a good way. The flow of the interior coordior in nothling like I have seen before, it is rather a peaceful environment. My room was comfortable and clean. Guest services were very hospitable and friendly. If I ever visit Boise, ID again I will be sure to book myself at Best Western Vista Inn.
