If you aak for your room to be cleaned expect only new towels and the trash to ve taken out. Beds don’t get made and the room doesn’t get cleaned.

Front desk folks were gone for a while but helpful when they showed up. Towels were stained but clean, so were linens. Maintenance showed up and tried to get in the room while I had it locked, and then fixed the apparently broken shower head. Basically you get what you pay for, good enough for a pre flight stay!
