Requested a top floor, was on ground level. Reserved king bed, was given 2 queens. When I showed the staff my reservation I was told they were booked and there wasn’t anything they could do. The furniture had multiple stains and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Very disappointing for a Hilton property and being a Hilton member.
Great service and very clean and comfortable hotel.
Ideal location for business or dining in downtown Boise.
Nice & clean
Check-in was atrocious. Stood and waited for 20 minutes without a single acknowledgement that I was there from the desk clerk. Also, being that I was the only person waiting to be checked-in, it was even more unacceptable. I am the General Manager of a highly successful restaurant in Teton Valley and well aware of the machinations in the hospitality business. Number One, no matter what you are doing, you acknowledge your guests, even if you cannot help them immediately. I am extremely easy to please, but the blatant disregard is abysmal...
Everything was great. Gave wonderful restaurant suggestions. Kleenex and toilet paper were Awful! Take your own. I have never felt any bathroom paper that was so bad.
Great location, late checkout was not a problem. They do charge $15 for parking garage, which I was unaware of prior to check on.
"Liked" INDOOR POOL.
Very nice building and decoration, nice room; however very difficult to find the place, no right entrance, confusing.
Great service and wonderful location.
Good location
Great location, friendly staff. Parking was dumb and the garage was mostly full. Room as clean. No fan in the bathroom which drives me nuts.
Amongst this pandemic, the staff did not enforce the mask wearing so a bunch of people were walking around with no masks and no one said anything to them. The staff was very rude when I brought this up to the them and did nothing. I will not stay there again and do not recommend this hotel.
I was annoyed that the hotel advertises parking available (but it’s $15 a night extra) and breakfast included (but it’s not, it’s an additional charge.) Rooms are beautiful and staff is very friendly.
It is a newly built hotel, so all the rooms are beautiful and clean. The furniture is smartly designed with ample storage, so no need to ever put anything on the floor. The layout of the hotel is pure hospitality...like a home. No free breakfast was a disappointment.
The hotel itself was very nice, but an additional $15 per night for parking is ridiculous.
