I expected contactless check in but I still had to go to the front desk and hand over my ID. I saw several guests in the lobby without masks which I didn't appreciate. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The location is fantastic. The wifi took ages to connect. The Direct TV user interface is horrible. I couldn't just scroll what was on right now and nothing I searched for as actually available to watch. Overall I'm disappointed when comparing value to money spent. I likely won't stay here again.

The hotel itself is a great property, convenient and clean. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had enough counter space. The check in was not great. 10 minutes wait got stretched out to over an hour. We would have been more understanding if the front desk could have been more honest with us for their short of housekkeping staff instead of "we are waiting for them to let us know" and "around 10 minutes". Even though we were compensated for a night free parking and a couple of drinks for the wait, we thought that the service could have been better. The girl didn't tell us where we could get our breakfast or the schedule for the breakfast. We had to ask. By the way, there is nothing special about the breakfast. Typical continental breakfast. Check out was nothing special. Also, when we called the front desk to let them know that the guests across the hall was loud at 10:30pm disturbing our rest, even after we talked to them personally, the response we got from the front desk was "We'll see what what we can do" instead of "We will take care of the issue". Since all of the reviews were extremely positive about the staff, we were really disappointed to have this bad of an experience with the staff. Overall, if you don't care about the staff, I'd highly recommend the hotel. If you care about the service and the staff, don't hold your breath. Everyone's expectations and experiences are different.

Great property - nice staff. Way understaffed, but those who were there were working their butts off. Not the usual cleanliness of a Hyatt. Outside was never "looked after". Drink glasses and trash in the same place for 3 days. Floors in lobby desperately needed cleaning - food dropped in lots of places. Room was clean and comfortable though. And a really nice hot breakfast. Did I mention the awesome bartender? Would stay again.
