The breakfasts were imaginative and delicious. The location was ideal for walking. Did not need a car. Wonderful staff

Check-in was very slow more than 10 minutes staff could not find the reservation for that long.

We love to stay at this hotel. Close to downtown. So nice to have a couch.

My most favorite place to stay in Boise; perfect location, great staff and an awesome hotel!!

Great property - nice staff. Way understaffed, but those who were there were working their butts off. Not the usual cleanliness of a Hyatt. Outside was never "looked after". Drink glasses and trash in the same place for 3 days. Floors in lobby desperately needed cleaning - food dropped in lots of places. Room was clean and comfortable though. And a really nice hot breakfast. Did I mention the awesome bartender? Would stay again.

Pool, hot tub and location were great. The hotel was very clean and nice.

Favorite downtown hotel in Boise; its so easy and convenient!!

The facilities and stay were as I would have expected

Renae at the front was amazing; I reserved this for my mom as my dad had surgery and she needed a place to stay while he was in the hospital! Renae went above and beyond to take care of her with checkin, waters and a muffin for breakfast! You delighted my 70 year old mom and held up to my level of comfort I've come to know with this property!!

Great rooms, location and breakfast, would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Super good location. Didn’t like that I had tonoy for parking but they had a pool and the rooms were large and new and it was right in the heart of downtown

Excellent spot downtown. Close to fun shopping and great restaurants

Boise is lacking a proper 5 star hotel. The best of the best in Boise is at most a Four star business hotel. I chose Hyatt bc of the brand reputation, but I didn’t find value for my stay. The room was very large but the furniture strictly institutional. The chairs had spill proof linings under as you could hear the plastic as one sat in it. The heating and ac is an individual wall unit which is noisy. Think of a loud ac type level. There is extra parking lot fee which I thought should be included bc in Boise I can’t imagine using any hotel without a car. Maybe for small business meetings one may shuttle stay and shuttle back to the airport. The breakfast is functional with all the standard stuff but don’t expect much. They offer only scrambled eggs. There is no view out of the rooms except a road. I didn’t use the pool, hot tub, or gym. All in 200 bucks per night I didn’t experience value for money. I thought the right price is around 130 all in. So we moved to the Candlewood Suites which doesn’t have the pool or hot tub and no breakfast but is half the cost. There is a Cracker Barrel 2 miles away. I didn’t need want walking access to town. Town at night is quiet and plenty of street parking exists. The people all over Boise are some of the nicest and the Hyatt didn’t disappoint. The staff was lovely. The bottom line for this review is value for money didn’t add up at 200 dollars and the hotel facilities were simply functional and nothing more.

Modern, clean, great breakfast, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, business district, and tourist sites in the capital city. Convenient parking on street level.
