Lack of communication the pool was not available Thursday. There is no water but it was scheduled. They should’ve told us that before we booked. No one told us about underground parking fees.

My stay was lovely. The hotel is right in downtown Boise with easy access to many different restaurants, bars, shopping and even a movie theatre. Zero noise which was a surprise since it is on a very busy street. Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in was quick and easy.

Pros: It’s located right by a bunch of places within walking distance. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat rather than a wall unit. Breakfast was good! And the staff was really nice. Cons: NONE of the stairwells take you to the lobby, they all exit the building. The elevators are crowded and take a long time to get to the floor you need. Granted, a big part of that could be because we stayed there the weekend they had a big soccer tournament. The room we stayed in was really tiny. It was a king bed, we needed to fit a portable crib (pack n play) and there was hardly any walking room after that. My bathroom had hair all over the floor, like they don’t actually mop or sweep in there. I liked the keyless entry, via the app, but when I checked out… it didn’t process. We checked out at about 9:30 and I checked my app at 11. It said completed, but I was glad I called the hotel and asked if it showed we checked out on their end.

We chose this hotel when we come to Boise because it has a jacuzzi that we like to use after skiing. We were disappointed that we did not have advance notice that it was closed.
Liked the location and ease of entry. Bed and pillows all very soft, personal preference but my back ached. I know Idaho and boise have no mask mandate, but there is no pretence of masking among staff. It is silly to have enhanced cleaning prodedures but no masking requirement for staff during a pandemic spead by air not surfaces.
The only complaint I have was the pool was too cold. I wanted to take my toddler in but it was too chilly. Other than that we had a great stay. It was clean , quiet, had a great breakfast and staff was friendly. I would definately stay here again
