we booked this hotel got a confirmation. We’re on our way. Got there at 11 right before midnight with our kids. I saw five other families in the lobby on the phone. They had overbooked the hotel. we had just driven eight hours. We drove around looking for a hotel in the middle of the night. after getting to the new hotel, we looked at the reviews and they seem to do this a lot. I’ve never had this experience in my entire life. They let the hotel get overbooked. They can’t blame anything else. If you look at the reviews, this happens a lot. I have booked hotels twice a month on average and have never had this happen.

If it wasn’t for Ben being an absolute angel at the front desk at 2am when I got there, I would have left. This place needs a COMPLETE remodel. The lobby area… was okay, mostly looks the like picture. The rooms however, not at all. Not clean, there was left over hair all over the shower, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned in atleast a couple months. I went and got my own cleaning supplies for the long weekend I had. The carpets in the hallways had a terrible smell attached to them, they completely need replaced. In certain areas there was duct tape holding the carpets together. I would have gone somewhere else if there was availability.

Unsafe, place is super sketchy, ny diesel tank got syphoned, and my friends generator gotten stolen out of his truck, they cut the 1 inch security cable it was secured to. And the cameras dont record, someone has to be monitoring them to catch anything, which obviously they dont. Stay far away from here
