Super friendly staff clean and comfortable room

It needed to be a lot cleaner inside and out. Homeless people around and in the facility.

Called ahead asked for wheelchair registration staff said she thought they had one... arrived at hotel waited in the car for wheelchair... but she didn't know where to start looking for it. Asked for bottom floor with handicap amenities, said they didn't have one, toilet had no rails and was very low to the floor. But did have fridge and microwave!?? Very disappointed, and the breakfast was discusting.I would not recommend.

This hotel looks better in photos. The room smelled like it was an old smoking room, the hallway carpet literally was patched everywhere with duct tape, we had to be moved because of barking dogs across the hall, and the second room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Super friendly staff, they were happy to help and answer any questions we had. The place is comfortable and great value for the price. The hot tub wasn't that full (or hot) but that wouldn't stop us from using their facilities again.

It is a solid older property and they have done a nice job of maintaining it. It it not a 5 star ritz but it doesn’t pretend to be. I would totally stay again.

Only clean the waking please or changed your carpet.

A/C not able to keep rooms cool. Much updating & renovation needed. Staff overburdened due to so many issues with hotel. Owners probably making plenty of money off hotel which needs total upgrading - not worth it!!!

Evening receptionist on 23 June 2022 did an excellent job working alone and managing a busy situation. Other staff were great, too. Highly recommend this place.

The entire experience was disappointing. I ordered one room through orbitz for my husband and I. Later that same day, we decided to take our two teenage daughters with us. I called to get either another room or two roll away beds for the one room. I was told I'd get a call back. I didn't, so i called again, got the same thing. Called the day of the stay, was told there were no other rooms, but we would have the two roll away beds in our room before we arrived. We arrived an hour later than we planned, to which checking in for our room took a half an hour, because they decided at that point they could only do one roll away bed. Tried to get them to honor the two beds, because we were told many times that would be fine, but ended up with just the one. So the kids got the big bed and my husband and I tried to sleep on the roll away. Also, the hotel needed to be refurbished, lots of damage everywhere. As well as the comforter on the bed had grease spots and hair on it. That experience with the story the staff came up with, it's enough that we'll never stay at that or probably any other red Lion hotel again. Super disappointed 😞

this was an Ok place, the kitchen area was a little dirty.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was running constantly on the coolest setting but struggled to keep the room cool. The carpet in the halls was loose and rippled. This is an older building in what I would call dingy condition. It was functional as a room in a general sense and because we were busy with family business and on a tight budget, not worth finding another place, but we definitely considered it after seeing the reality compared to the photos online. The microwave, fridge and coffee maker worked fine but water leaked out of the drip tray under the ice maker because it wasn’t placed level. I cleaned it up and placed it level, but noticed mold under the fridge as this must be an ongoing issue. The elevator was hot even for just a three floor ride up. I was also irritated to find that the pet policy included many conditions that were not made explicit when booking. I was told that this building is being considered for conversion to housing for the homeless and that feels like a good use for it. Better than on the street with good water pressure, but a little past it’s prime and not what’s presented in the photos.

The area was is in a very poor area with homeless people gathering outside. The price was a lot of $ for what/where it was. The inside lobby/ hallway was very hot & filthy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very thin walls... heard the whiny child, barking dog, and conversation of the people in the room next to me.... It made it really difficult to sleep

Pool was not open workout room was not open bar was not open I was put in the wrong room the Maid packed up my clothes stuffed in my suit case

Beds we comfortable. Not too hard. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff.

I apologize about the communication not meeting standards and I will definitely reach out to my staff to improve that. I greatly apologize for the rollaway situation and will make sure to relay to my staff what our policies are with that because due to fire hazards we are only able to have 1 rollaway in the room due to fire codes in case of a fire. I will also make housekeeping aware of the comforter situation as well. We always strive to improve and I hope that you give us another chance in the future.
