The unique thing about this property is that we were shown five rooms before we found a room with a working thermostat! And after we accepted the room, we found a pair of drying men’s socks behind the shower curtain, a couple used cigarettes in an ashtray, a door lock that took 2-6 key reads to unlock from the outside, and MORE foibles like this. This room was categorically the worst hotel room I have stayed in in more than a decade!

So unfortunate that this once beautiful building has been left to deteriorate. The hallways had not been vacuumed and as we walked past many rooms had busted doors mended with duct-tape and trash bags outside the doors. Come to find out later, this hotel is used by homeless for long term stays. There are two strip clubs across the street which also adds to the question of who uses this hotel. The saving grace for getting 3 stars were the friendly staff, the room was clean, and a decent hot breakfast was included. Also, it was a great price.

Clean rooms, soft comfy beds and a balcony to watch drunk young people wreck E-bikes in downtown Boise, twice now. That's a funny laugh. I've stayed here for 4 or 5 years, will come again next year. Get to your room early, later night parking is further.

I stayed for one night and it was a decent hotel for one night. However the property looks like it could use a remodel. In addition, although my room looked clean at night I noticed a bunch of ants on the walls.
