Crappy customer service. ...

Service staff was very rude when I asked for new towels because the ones in my room had boogers (yes, snot..) on them. I was yelled at because the towels for use at checkout (seriously... ). Read last statement for cleanliness of room. Pink mold in shower and tge fliiring/transition was in conolete from where you get ready to the bathroom. The bed was semi comfortable, definitely not the worst I slept in

Being a Ramada property I expected more. I will never stay here again. Not only did they false advertise, but the property itself is less than desirable. They advertise they have a bar with a menu. They do have a bar, it's just not open as it's used as a storage room. The breakfast buffet consists of two waffle makers and some apples. The room was terrible. First, the security latch was hanging by one screw, so unusable. The sink didn't drain so that filled up quickly, the toilet handle had to be held down until you got a complete flush, walking on the floor barefoot resulted in dirty feet and even though it's advertised as non-smoking, the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke.

I've stayed in this building a few times. It never gets better. Unfortunately, It was extremely dirty, the pool room was like 150 degrees, our room was not clean!! And lets not forget the drugs and homeless right outside your window..the hard water stained window. I was hoping under the new name it was better. Nope, I wont return ever sadly.

Pick somewhere else!

Terrible customer service, I had to wait for the person at the counter to finish her personal phone call. I went to the restaurant but she told me they only do take away. So I went out for dinner. When I returned about an hour later there were several people eating in the restaurant. Staff is not friendly, no hello or welcome or anything. When I flushed my toilet it screached very loudly until the entire time the tank refilled. The outer doors do not lock and the parking lot is dirty with cigarette butts and trash everywhere.

Room telephone doesn’t work Someone staying at the property had his vehicle towed away for no reason just now when I went to lobby to inform them the tv doesn’t work. Restaurant food was only India food. Bar and restaurant was not as advertised. Bar was closed. No lock on outside door. Hole left in slider door where lock was. Floors were sticky.Had to wear socks. Socks were very dirty. No top sheet on bed. Not sure if top duvet is washed every time after each visit. Breakfast was juices cold cereals and waffles. 6$ charge if foof was taken to room.50$ deposit charged at time of ck in. Not aware of this. Will never stay here again 😪

We checked in at 1:00 pm and talked to 4 employees about a large pile of dog poop outside the entrance door. They all said it would be cleaned up but was still there the next morning when we checked out.
