Dirty and old. Lots of broken things

This was among my worst hotel experiences to date. The hotel was marked by banners in a run down parking lot. The entry was beautiful and made me feel like I may have had the wrong first impression. Getting to our room was a different story. Stairs and hallways were filthy. The first room had dried food stains on the floor and the bed covers were gross. The window overlooked the indoor pool which felt creepy so we asked for another room. The lady in the front desk who was initially very kind upon booking was extremely rude and kept asking if we left the room clean enough to resell for the night. We weren't even in there long enough to do anything! The new room was better and overlooked the parking lot which made me feel better because of the area this hotel was in. During the night, there were drug deals, sex, and drugs happening near my parked car. After a long restless night, we got up to leave early and found ants all around the walls and the shower. There was one guy there who seemed to be working hard to try to maintain the property and kindly recommend the restaurant but we were so grossed out by everything, we couldn't wait to leave. This was a terrible experience and I will be making a complaint to Wyndham.

Hallways and stairwells were very dirty.

This property was disgusting. If you're looking for a cheap quick stay just to sleep (which we were), it does the trick but it's gross and it's loud. Other guests were playing loud bass late into the night and the best part was the fire alarm that went off at 3:30am. The office wouldn't pick up the phone and we had zero communication from the staff on what to do so they ended up with the parking lot full of people in their pj's trying to figure out if we could go back in. Per the police officers that showed up, this appears to be a fairly common thing there.

I tried to cancel the reservation and they wouldn't do it and said that I had to do it through Orbitz. I couldn't find a way to cancel it through Orbitz so I "ate" the reservation without using the facility.

The place smell bad. Place its old. Not worth what i pay for.

/The property was very dirty. the carpet in the bedroom needed to be cleaned.

The pictures were outdated and need to be updated. The place smells strange, likely due to Indian food restaurant inside. There were ants in our room and we left with ant bites. We were so upset with the place, we left shortly after midnight. They also would not provide a receipt and said we will get it emailed to us eventually. The pool area was extremely hot and it’s inside. There is also no elevator, which is normally no big deal but when you have 3 small children and a lot of luggage, it makes it challenging when they put you on the second floor.

Overall rooms were clean, but some areas were worn (shower curtain had several holes) or damaged and evidence of poor maintenance (hole in wall underneath sink and water damage above shower and no bathroom vent fan).

Kind of Dowdy. Not spiffy at all. Nice lady at front desk the morning I left at 4 am

.when walking in, a msn man stole one of my hotel keys. I told the ftont desk about it and they didnt seem very concerned. They made me a new key. But didnt seem to be focused on the safety of myself and other guests.

The hotel was close to the airport but did not have the airport shuttle service it advertised. Once you get there the property doesn't have an elevator so you can't use a cart to take your bags to your 2nd floor room which is wsy at the back of the hotel. If you like Indian food you will love this place because the entire hotel smells like Indian food.

Convenient location to the Boise airport. The ground floor room that I was in had a window right next to a walkway around the hotel. For me it was fine since I’m a heavy sleeper, but recommend requesting a 2nd floor room to avoid occasional noise.

Building in disrepair. Stained older toilet. Dirty entranceway. Odor throughout. Filthy windows.
