Good option to stay near BOI airport

Our family stayed one night as we traveled through the area. Very easy to get to from I-84 and quiet area. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The only suggestion was the breakfast was a little lacking, however the make your own waffles are always a hit with my kids.
I have never paid so much for a room at this hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. Took over an hour to check in because the system was down. Food leftovers in my room fridge, the jetted tub had grey water come out of the jets when turned on. Had to drain and refill. Breakfast was very bland. The ham chunks we rubbery
We were supposed to get 2 queen beds, instead we were put into a flashback to 80's decor. A hot tub that did not work, a leaking faucet that was an electrical hazzard as it flooded the counter and beneath the only electrical outlet, which my hot rollers were sitting atop. We asked for our room to be cleaned the next day. We left for the day to look for a home. As we were leaving, I reminded the maid to clean our room. I even tipped her! We returned exhausted. The room was still dirty, no towels, no toilet paper.
Very nice people and property. Glad we stayed here and will again.

the bed was as bouncy as a water bad....coffee maker in room was a 2 $$ old piece of junk

I apologize for our skyrocketing rates, that is something that the staff have no control of. As well as the prolonged check in, we never plan on something shutting down, I am sorry for the wait but we can only do so much when our main reg system will not work. If you ever go into one of our room that seems unfinished please let us know and we would be more than happy to go over the room again.
