Very nice facility. No hassle at checkin/chechout. Staff was helpful with meal suggestions in the area.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The breakfast was amazing.

My husband and I took a trip to Idaho for a five night stay and drove from Southern California so we were really looking forward to sleep. When we arrived we got our keys effortlessly and went to our room. Immediately upon entering our non smoking room it was clear that someone had either smoked in the room or was a extremely hardcore smoker as the room was musty with the smell of cigar. My husband and I walked down to the front desk and talked to the younger gentleman who works there and he was extremely apologetic offered to get us anything we asked for but unfortunately he had no other rooms available. Even though we were frustrated with the smell we knew it wasn't the hotels fault and roughed it out night one. The next morning my husband spoke with the manager about it and she immediately had a new room cleaned for us and upgraded us to a suite! We had no idea that would happen and didn't expect it at all. The room smelled fresh and was very clean and we really can't thank the hotel enough for making our stay so much better. The entire staff was friendly the room was great and I know we will return.

nice hotel for the price, away from downtown. I have stayed here quite a few times and would recommend to anyone

It's an older hotel but it was very nicely decorated and clean.

Overall, a very comfortable stay. Mattress is super comfortable. Very nice and roomy rooms and layout. Breakfast includes eggs and sausage, so not just sugar.

Staff is great, good location, breakfast done well.

Hotel was conveniently located. I requested additional towels, which we received however, they did not take the used towels.

Stayed here while house hunting, easy access to freeway. Staff were friendly amd very helpful. The front desk clerk, Colton, fixed the tv and then brought extra towels. A wonderful stay.

I drove well over 1000 miles and felt absolutely exhausted. I booked this room a month in advance contacting representatives from the hotel who assured me that if "tub/whirlpool tub" was mentioned in the room description, I would receive a room with such. I also asked if the queen bedrooms included a whirlpool and was assured that this was offered by the hotel. Much upon my dismay, when I arrived there was no whirlpool offered in the queen rooms. Only the deluxe king rooms. Also, I was placed on the NOISY first floor in an ADA room next to the pool. I had a horrible nights sleep and to make matters worse, each time my partner or I turned over on the mattress it would lift on the side we were not laying on. We each weigh about 150-155 lbs so we're not super heavy by any means. The mattress just would not remain flat. It was an incredibly awkward night.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and pleasing decor.

AC kept me awake going on and off. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

We got in a little later in the evening and they had cookies and milk in the lobby. It was a busy hotel with lots of people but it didn't seem too noisy. There was a nice breakfast in the morning before we left.

We enjoyed the very comfortable and inviting accommodations at this hotel. We would definitely return the next time we are in the area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We are traveling with three adults and three children and this was the perfect place to stay for the night, and the price was just right! The lobby was very inviting, and the room was perfect for our large family. Comfortable beds, and all of the amenities were a bonus! I just wish we could have arrived earlier to take advantage of the wine reception and the cookies and milk for the kiddos. If ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here.

Awesome . I love the breakfast! The room was clean. Nice area.

Great hotel, staff, clean, cookies and milk in evening for kids.

Wonderful experience over Thanksgiving time with family. Many of us stayed at the Northwest Lodge and enjoyed the pool and amenities for the young children.

Easy, fast check in. Super friendly staff and a clean comfortable room. What else can I say?

Great service-nice hotel. Room was very clean. Nice airconditioner. Granite tops.
