Fantastic customer service at check-in really made the day for me. After a long 500+ mile drive with lots of road construction I was ready for anything. Bath vanity & comode were recently updated, but the rest of the bath, & room look tried... Breakfast was adiquate for a Comfort Suites property.

Just here for a quick overnight, location close to many restaurants for dinner. VERY VERY small breakfast area. Only 4 tables. Front desk clerk at check in and departure not very friendly. Room very spacious and clean.

Excellent breakfast worth your stop hot meal available. Rooms were clean there is a mild odor the room. It was not too bad I would stay there again. the breakfast makes everything nice . The night clerk was especially friendly and helpful

During a three week road trip my wife and I have experienced a variety of motels. This Comfort Suites was the best of the lot. Quick and easy check-in with a pleasant young man to start then one of the better free breakfasts. The only issue was a past leak in the room that had not been repaired that had also left a stain on a lampshade. The front desk said it had not been reported.

Justin the guy @ the front desk was very rude, disrespectful, mocked me because there was a disagreement, he yanked the phone from my hand and it almost struck me in the face. Looking to press charges

We were just passing through the area on a very long, 12 hour drive. We had a good deal on the room and all we wanted was to sleep and shower. The rooms were amazing! They were very spacious and had some a sitting area, a desk/table area and 2 queen beds! The beds!! Man, I did NOT want to get out of them! They were comfy..the pillows were fluffy..and our internet request for additional pillows was met!! The shower was hot with great water pressure! I would tell anyone to stay here..and enjoy their time!!

The hotel has a good location if you are visiting campus. The rooms could use an update here, things seem a bit old and dingy. There isn't really anything wrong with the hotel, it's just old. The elevator is tiny and takes forever, the AC doesn't run the way you want it to run, and the doors to each room are full of dings and dents. The breakfast is fine, the service is good. Finally, the price is waaaaay beyond what it should be. We paid $180 for a night, when five years ago we paid $80 for the same exact location. It hasn't changed at all since 2012, so why is it $100 more?

This was our last stop before reaching home. Easy to get to off freeway, close to gas stations, fast food and a Walmart. Check in was fast and easy. We had King Suite room on the second floor. Room was spotless and nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. We also had a fairly large compact fridge, and microwave. Our room was very quiet as well. Each lamp on the bedside tables had a built in outlet which made plugging in cell phone and IPads a breeze! The morning breakfast was also great! We got a warm greeting from both the young lady at the front desk, and the women taking care of the breakfast area. Lots of seating, and above average selection of food. I recommend this place to all, you won't find a nicer place in this area!

The rate is usually much less than other chain hotels in the area. Rooms are always clean and is close to I55, the mall, and a Chic-fil-a. I travel to Central Illinois 4-5 times a year and always stay here.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and very well maintained. The bed was perfect and I slept so well! The only downside was a quirky TV that didn't have all the channels on the guide and it liked to tell that the input source was missing. No matter...I was tired and really just wanted the bed. I'm an early riser so I spent some time in the lobby, catching up on my writing and chatting with the night manager. Turned out to be a very nice morning. I left before the 6:00 AM breakfast so can't give any thoughts on that other than the room was clean and it looked they offered the "standard" hot and cold breakfast. Very nice hotel and a great place to stay if you're using the nearby airport.
