Was a comfortable rooms and close to restaurants and shopping.

It was a very nice room and a great staff. Good location and easy access to x-ways

The hotel had a mix up and we did not get the jacuzzi suite like we booked, ended up in regular room. Booking was delayed due to numerous computer glitches. Through this the staff was apologetic and attempted to accommodate.

Everything was really nice. The room was very clean the staff was nice. The kids and I were a little bummed that the pool was small and only 3ft but it was still a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend the place and stay here again.

We had a very nice stay here. The only problem that we incurred was that the internet signal is nil once you leave the lobby area. We had to sit in the lobby to use our laptops. Other than that the only "eh" moment that we had was when we were cleaning up and making sure we didnt forget anything we found a water bottle under the bed that wasnt ours indicating that it probably wasnt cleaned well the last time however the bathroom was clean and the sheets were cleaned so maybe it was a one time over sight. Since there were no other cleanliness issues Im willing to give the benefit of the doubt.

Room was extremely small with just enough space for bed. It was okay for price.

The hotel room was clean and the location was perfect. Though a room refrigerator would have been nice, i had no complaints with this hotel.

The first room was great but the tv did not work, found the cable connection was broken. The staff quickly got us another room. The ac was the old kind and blew directly on us but other than that great room for the price.

Found this from wife at home search while I was driving... she looked at the reviews on line, and suggested this would be a reasonable place to lay me hear for the night. Very clean and confortable, I wiould do it again.

Price was good, got an upgrade free, window heating unit causes dry ness due to continiued air movement, cont. breakfast was good except no hot items on Monday. Wish coffee cups could be little larger. Did not get cups in room two days but delivered when asked. Carpet little worn in room. Best thing was quiet. Exeercise room has equipent out of order. Left tiip for maids so must have been pleased. Stay there twice yearly, when in town.

It was a nice room; not too fancy but just right. The only hassle was that I found it difficult to navigate the route from the airport to the hotel; got lost several times but eventually found my way with the help of a local resident's driving directions.

it was either very hot or very cold in my room no happy med found a couple of curly hairs in the bed

Stool stopped up first night. Breakfast area way too small, tight, crowded. Selection not up to par with other places charging the same amount per night. No fridge in room. Controls on heat/ac just spin all the way around. Never know where they are set. Got to check in early. Had to have heat turned on in the office in order to work.

Was able to check in early upon arrival. Front desk staff friendly. Queen room was small, but very clean and modern with beautiful wood and wonderful lighting. Continental breakfast had lots of variety, something for everyone. Easy checkout since reservation made through Orbitz.

The Ramada Limited is a good value for the Bloomington-Normal market. The room was clean & comfortable. I stayed there for eight nights last summer and did not hesitate to return for a two-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

booked our room a month in advance, ended up in a room next to the stairway exit on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building, the place was full, and we had more than ample noise well past 11:00 P.M. the room was great, just wasn't ready for the extra noise

Well the experience was okay, I was a little bit disappointed with the indoor pool which was only 3 feet deep which they don't mention that in their site.

Hotel was nice. Actually was $20 cheaper than what I booked for. Single bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typical. I would stay again.

The room was clean and smelled great! However I booked the hotel because I had my two children and wanted a pool/ I paid more for a hotel with a pool.. Well the pool seriously was no bigger then a hot tub.. 3 feet deep.. and dirty. There was chunks of hair and a dead fly in the pool. The fitness room was unusable all the equipment was broken. I informed the manager and was told to contact [...]. Which I did, the represenitive said they had to contact the hotel before they could do anything. Long story short I never heard back from either. I will not be staying again or using [...].

We stayed here on a trip to visit Illinois State University. The hotel was within 10 minutes so it was a great place to stay. It was also a great place to stay for the price.
