The hot tub was broken and they don’t know when it will be fixed.
Great visit but hot tub has been broken for quite sometime. They need to take it out description! I booked it specifically for the hot tub.
The pool was closed early which upset my grandkids after a 750 mile drive.
I was disappointed to see holes in the sheets as well as an old Funyon covered with ants on the floor by the bed.
We checked in at almost 10pm and hadn't specified that we would need a room with a pull-out couch or cot and we were told at 1st none were available but the front desk clerk worked some magic and found a suite with a pull-out! We were so glad. Then we asked about the pool and hot tub as we could tell from the entrance there were some renovations going on. We were told the pool wasn't officially open until tomorrow and it had just been refilled that morning but we were welcome to use it and as long as we were quiet we could stay past closing time. The pool was chilly but nice after the hot tub!! We went to breakfast the next morning, delicious and accommodating, then prepared to check out. We accidentally left a pillow behind but didn't realize it til that night as we were preparing for bed in Michigan. We figured it was lost forever. We just happened to travel back by 4 days later on our way home and called about the pillow and they were holding it in the office!! Stopped by and picked it up after lunch. GREAT customer service all around. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!!
Great hotel and great location. Happy every time. We stay here every time we visit our daughter at Illinois State University. Great hotel for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend to other families visiting their children at Illinois State or Illinois Wesleyan.

We enjoyed the pool and ewhirpool during the bitter cold weekend of our stay. Clean...friendly.....tasty breakfast..great pillows! Our view was the back of the Fleet and Farm? We were on the wrong side of town for good restaurant choices.
My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Bloomington. Hotel room was clean, front desk lady was very nice and informative on dinner suggestions based on our needs. Their continental breakfast area was very clean and their breakfast was better than expected.
The hotels breakfast was the best of all hotels that we stayed in the ISU area.. It was very clean and the staff was helpful when we did not want a room next to the elevator. We will go back to this hotel
For the one night it was perfect and we will stay at this location again.
Room was clean, beds reasonably comfortable. Enjoyed the extra pillows and the complimentary breakfast. Front desk not well staffed. Had to wait to check in because the reservationist was plunging a toilet and waited to check out because she was folding laundry. Really?
Fairly convenient off of the interstate. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable with a very comfortable kingsize bed. The staff were lovely in every respect, outgoing and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good and better than most. The coffee was a cut above the usual. Overall, I wish that every overnight stay on the road was more like this one. There was dining within walking distance which was important as we had a rental moving truck.

The hotel was extremely clean. The desk manager was very friendly. Our keys were ready when we arrived. Check out was no hassle. The let our couch in the king size room was uncomfortable.
