Room was in good condition. The check in person on Saturday, November 15th 3:15pm could use some retraining on customer service. Her disposition and mannerisms were off putting., this coming from a twelve year person within the industry. Hotels.com had a reservation confirmed for two rooms, upon arrival your system only showed one. The rate for the additional room could not be matched and we were not offered a 2nd room until nearly the end of my interaction. The woman blamed the slow system, no wifi was offered at check in, and overall it made for a bad transaction. Pool area was nice, bar attendant was friendly and social with our group.
