It was convenient from I81.

Great for a quick or long stay in Binghamton. Convient to eat ,shop or get gas area.

Service & late checkout with no problems! They went above & beyond.

Overall the property was fine, but I was not advised that the hotel was under construction -- which was evident from the entire front entrance being blocked off with construction vehicles, the outdoor pool being closed, and evidence throughout the inside (including our room!) of ongoing repairs and construction.

Extremely friendly and helpful desk staff at check in.

Having given up another room in the near vacinity of this hotel it was a couple blocks in a nicer area. It has been referbished but our bathroom door wasn’t hung properly and took some maneuvering to shut. The room door was similar. The room and front enterance have obviously been updated. The carpet in the hall and some other key areas need some work. The pool was older and needs some cosmetic and matenance work. They put in a newer fence but the liner and pool deck need attention. It was clean but old.

1st room given could not open the door. 2nd one was a little difficult but managed to get in. Hallway and doors old and run down. Exhaust fan in bathroom wouldn't turn off. Heat adjustment left a little to be desired. Setting at 68 too hot. Room very cold when originally entered. Coffee was weak/watered down at breakfast. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Hotel was good, with the only drawback of sink being outside of bathroom

To begin with the parking lot is too small to accommodate the guests that fill the rooms. I arrived to a well adorned lobby on the first floor but after the elevator door opened on the second floor I walked down a corridor of drab paint and foul smelling rooms. It was hard to believe that the lobby and the rest of the hotel were in the same building. The yellow caution stand to warn people of wet floors was left in the elevator permanently. I was surprised they didn't store the mop bucket there as well. It was odd to say the least, and considering I can stay at a premier hotel in San Francisco for less than twice the price, I found the value astonishingly poor.

I took my granddaughter & one of her frieds to the Binghamton Spiede Fest. Our hotel was located just a couple blocks away from the festivals location. After spending the day enjoying music, food, etc. we caught a ride on the parking lot shuttle & spent the late afternoon/early evening hours in the hotel pool. From the pool we enjoyed watching the evening lift off of the festivals hot-air balloons - marvelous. We awoke in the morning to enjoy one of the most delicious breakfast buffets - my granddaughter was super happy about the homemade waffles.
