It was nice to stay in this hotel. Especially when we discovered that we had a whole apartment! A lot of space, and it was nice quiet. The only thing was when we departed, the officer was not aware of the fact that we had payed with the creditcard weeks before. But he trusted us so all was soon cleared.

Went to Berlin for a city break with friends and had a fab time hotel was great stayed bed& breakfast we had a suite which was great was a nice walk in to the city people were lovely can’t wait to go back

Needed a time sensitive, quick document print. Front desk didn't hesitate to help with emailing a doc from my online to drive to be printed. Thanks for the quick thinking and assistance NH Hotel team.

We loved our stay at the NH Berlin Kreuzburg. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable after a long day of exploring. Rooms were kept tidy and provided all the necessities to make us feel at home! The Aldi’s supermarket was conveniently just steps from the hotel so we were able to utilize the kitchen in our room. I liked that we were also a short walk from the underground that quickly took us to all the major squares. We took the U towards Alexanderplatz to catch the City Tour buses. We would stay again at the NH given a trip back. The staff was friendly and ALWAYS willing to help us along the way! Thank you for all your help and guidance!

We have stayed in an NH hotel in Amsterdam and we knew what we were getting. Room was a lot larger than we were expecting, friendly staff and very clean. Close to a metro station, a supermarket and in a very quiet area. One problem however, we were on the 4th floor and the water pressure for the hot water was very poor for the shower and the sinks. Apart from that, great hotel.

The hotel was a quick walk from a metro stop, which made getting places easy. Conveniently located very close to two grocery stores. The room had a nice kitchen area that we did not use, but would be great for someone wanting to cook meals. Loved the large sitting area. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was larger than I had anticipated. The room was clean when we arrived, and housekeeping staff were attentive throughout our stay. All staff with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful. No negatives from me!

I spent 4 nights at the NH Kreuzberg in September 2017. We booked a family room which is basically a 1 bedroom flat with kitchen and split bathroom. It has everything you need so it worked perfect for us. Location is very quiet and 10 minutes walk to Oranienstrabe road which is a trendy area full of restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful. We rented bikes directly from the hotel at EUR 12 per day. The building used to be a block of flats converted to a hotel. There is no staff after 7pm which wasn't an issue for us but something to keep in mind if you are planning to check in late. Carpets will do with a deep cleaning.

surprising facilities - and next to a 21hr Aldi - which is good because there are not many places to eat out nearby. Good for access to city. No night staff but day staff had v. good English and were very helpful.

Very convenient location. Quiet, well appointed and clean. But... Only English TV is BBC & CNN news. everything else (including TV5) is in German! Room 108 is smallest (no sofa) so ask for any other room ,just not ending in 8.

The pros: helpful staff (arranged an early morning taxi to the airport, and also moved us when our original room was smoky); close to the train and walking distance to restaurants and other attractions; the room was huge and well laid out; the kitchenette was great and there were several grocery stores within easy walking distance. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Bathroom was spacious, modern, and clean. Cons: It is is need of updating/upkeep, so a bit frayed and banged up around the edges. It is set back from the street and might not be comfortable to approach late night/early morning if you were alone. And while it was clean enough, the first room was very smoky and had a dirty microwave and the fridge wouldn't shut. The second room was missing light bulbs in the kitchen and had a dirty microwave. And there isn't a 24-hour front desk--that didn't bother us, but it might be hard for some. There was no air conditioning, but we were provided a fan and slept fairly comfortably on the warmest night. All of this said, it was a very good value for the space and location, and the staff were very helpful and nice.
