Although there seemed to be not a lot of guests, we received a very good service. Breakfast was really good and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were very large and also the bathroom was very spacious. Is was a very good shower.
Blaming a customer for something not being clear on a booking website then not even trying to help and insisting they pay more for something is not anywhere near good service. Family room does not mean what you think it means. One bed only....
Our 2nd year staying here.In a quiet part of town. No Gym which we prefer! But good runs around the area. Well priced.Nice spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Good restaurants nearby. Easy walks to Mitte and to the venues we use. The Aldi nearbt has excellent champaagne at 13 Euros a bottle. Thoroughly recommended. Will stay there again next year
To run the Berlin half marathon, we stayed in this hotel for 3 days. This hotel offers very spacious apartments with own cooking facilities, separated sleeping room, spacious bath room. Very much enjoyed the room itself. The room was also very quite. We did not use any of the facilities , since Berlin is to nice and trendy to go anywhere in this metropole. Nevertheless it was helpful to rent a bike from the hotel, since most of the rental shops are closed on Sunday, our check out day.
We stayed here for six nights on the recommendation of friends who had stayed here last year. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment was much larger than we imagined and much fresher in decoration than the photos on the website showed. The staff were friendly, helpful and hardworking. There's a daily chambermaid service and our chambermaid was very conscientious - the apartment was spotless. The location is excellent - very close to the Ubahn and just two stops to Alexanderplatz. There are two supermarkets practically on the door step and a café or two too. There were a couple of odd things which were unexpected but did not spoil the holiday. There was only one pan in the kitchenette - a small frying pan which made cooking some dishes a challenge! Also although there was a very comfy double bed it was dressed with two single quilts - an arrangement we'd not seen before and took some getting use to. We'd agreed with other reviewers - the free wifi was not great. Overall we'd happliy stay here again and would definitely recommend it.
Veeery nice hotel! Super location - 10 min walk to popular Kreuzberg places. 20 min to Alexanderplatz. Room also very big. It was an appartment with kitchen and 2 rooms. Very quite. Breakfast very rich and taisty. Service also very kind and helpful. Underground parking for 12 EUR a day. Very good price.
We had an excellent three night stay in the NH Berlin Kreuzberg, with a clean, quiet and comfortable room in a handy location. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty with pleasant service - even printing out our boarding passes and taking care of washing some clothes. I couldn't recommend more.
I had a large room on 3rd floor. nice and quit. the room had a kitchenette and large living room with couch. the entrance sits behind the building when you arrive at the address. which means it is away from the noisy streets. unfortunately the wifi was worse then in 90s. i bought a premium access but pages continued to load very poorly. I mentioned it to the receptionist on the first day but it did not improve. at the end I did not have to pay for it. I think it was the room which had poor reception.
We spent 10 nights in an apartment and it was perfect for our needs. Clean, light and spacious with comfortable beds and we appreciated free use of laundry whenever needed. There is an Aldi store just steps from the front entrance, and a Kaisers store opposite. A good variety of cafes and restaurants close by, and public transport readily available makes this an ideal place to stay. It would have been nice to have air-conditioning on the 31C days and very warm nights, but there was a portable fan. While the kitchen has a microwave and a cook-top, there is no oven which was disappointing. We would definitely stay at NH Berlin Kreuzberg again, but not in Summer months.
Been to Berlin in the first weekend of september 2016. Due to hot weather all windows were open but gave a lot of noise from people in the appartments adjacent to the hotel. No airco, so that was too bad. Bed to hard for my comfort. It's nice to have a kitchen but there is no real place to eat. Busses and subway are at 5 min. walk. Bus took us straight to CP charley. Also to supermarkets nearby Kaiser( more choice) and ALDI.
