Their artist themes are an interesting and vibrant concept. However, overall, the property felt eclectic and disjointed with little cohesive design. The room was nice and spacious, though inconsistently serviced. Our last day, one of the staff left their keycard in our light, which is somewhat concerning since we weren’t sure if the keycard was universal use. Additionally, a mistake was made when we checked out and they accidentally charged me for someone else’s account, which I didn’t catch until we were at our next destination. I wish they would’ve told us when checking in that we’d already paid for breakfast. I don’t think I’d stay here again, but we loved Berlin.

Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and lovely accommodations even though we arrived at 8AM the staff was great at check in...and then not very helpful. Asked for feminine products - not available, exchange US currency for EU - can’t help, need help getting from Berlin to Dresden for a day trip - scheduled for us with a 15% surcharge and gave such vague directions we missed boarding times and location in both Berlin and Dresden. If you are catering to non-nationals I think a little extra direction would be included.

The hotel is well located close to many shopping centers and the Zoo. The some of the front desk personnel could easily be friendlier and nice to guests.

Clean and greatly organized for the marathon. Supermarket is within walking distance.

It was nice to be close to the train station and cafe Einstein, but not so great being in the red ought district.

Great hotel! Location was awesome, within walking/biking/short taxi ride distance to many things in Berlin. Staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English, they were extremely accommodating in this respect. The hotel room was very clean and was exactly what we needed for our stay in Berlin.

The hotel is located centrally and close by public transportation. Using Berlin‘s well known bus line 100, takes you to many famous sights within 15-20 minutes.

I was in the old wing. still good, but I can see how the renovated wing would be a better destination.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful room that was spacious. Reminded me more of a hotel in the USA- king size bed, but too small of a comforter blanket for it. Has a gym and sauna on site. Bar and restaurant as well. Staff was very friendly and super accommodating. Almost everyone spoke English. Close to the Tiergarten and many restaurants. Near both bus and train stops.

Loved my room. It was really nice and comfortable. It's not exactly close to much, you have to do a bit of walking to find variety of food but manageable. Getting to my room was a bit of a hassle. The elevator does not go directly up to the 7th floor so I had to take 3 elevators.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Its a bit out of the way but if you are up to walking a bit or taking an uber or cab) its is a delight. When I sat on the new foam mattress, it felt like a rock but it was the best hotel mattress in my journey! Good but busy breakfast is worth the 12.50. Excellent room service ( their Weiner Schnitzle was amazing!). Truly a gem in a very busy city.

Great experience--I'm looking forward to my next trip! ASDFGHJKL:QWERTYUIOPASDFGHJKL:WERTYUIOPASDFGHJKLWEDRFTGHYUJIOASDFGHJKLQWERTYUIOASDFGHJKLQWERTYUIOPASDFGHJKLZXCVBNMGTFRDEFRGTHYJUIKLOIJUHYGTFREFGTHYJUIK
