Great hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Well located. The room was great with terrific bed, great shower and plenty of space. Friendly staff with easy check in and helpfull advice. Service top notch. Breakfast great. Great bar. Great surrounds. I could say more but I would just be saying that it was great. This hotel is at the top of its game. Highly recommended.
Near to all local amenities and transport. Excellent spa facilities, enjoyed the large Jacuzzi. Food was high quality and good portion size. Extremely helpful staff I hope to comeback and stay more See you soon
We spent ten nights there to visit relatives and see the sights. We loved walking through the Tiergarten Park in the mornings. Great paths that led to hidden gems on our way to the tourist sites. The marble bathroom with the fully enclosed shower and separate toilet made it easy to get ready in the morning. The staff all spoke excellent english and were very helpful and friendly.
I stayed there with my kids(2) and was awesome. The staff members were great. Super friendly, patient and spoke English very well. As for the hotel, what more could you ask for. We only did breakfast there and it was the best. You could see that they take a lot pride in what they do. Clean rooms and if you're staying on the bottom floors you are missing out on the city view which you can also get from the gym, the relax room and the pool. Location is right at the Potsdam Square. If you are there to see the Blue Man Group, the theater is right across the street. Awesome show. Most importantly, my kids loved the hotel and the show. Highly recommended. Highly.
Great luxury hotel with very nice and modern rooms, cool indoor pool on the rooftop with an amazing view over the city. The staff is incredibly nice and caring. They remembered my wish to have a yoga mat in the room - from a stay in the Hyatt Regency in Cologne - perfect service!
Friendly helpful staff, room very comfortable & clean. Tea & coffee making facilities available in room. Complimentary fruit and water each day. We used the gym and spa each morning before starting our day. Running whilst looking over the city on the rooftop gave an awesome start to the day. Breakfast was a bit expensive in the hotel so we ete in the local cafes nearby. ( we tend to find this is common on all our holidays so it's not unusual for us to eat else where for breakfast ) location is great, few mins walk to underground, or bus stops. Plenty of bars and restaurants a few mins away from hotel and to my daughters delight a shopping centre. Nice quiet area. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Beautiful city with plenty to do.
Located close to key tourist sites and within easy access to transport systems, so we liked that we could walk and view sites and then in the evening eat at restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was extremely good and excellent hot and cold choices. Staff very attentive and always keen to make sure you are satisfied. If we go back we will certainly consider this hotel as a key player in our choice.
Great location. Easy walking distance to many of the sights and the Sony centre is across the road which is great for food and drink. Close to good shopping malls if that's what interests you. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will happily stay there again and would recommend.
Ah, this was a real gem! Know from friends that this was going to be a nice pleasure but as a matter of facts it succeded my expectations. Been to Hiltons, Sofitel and other Hyatts in Europe but this is the best sofar. I stayed in a king club room with access to the club lounge. I belive it's worth paying a little extra for that since there is soft drinks and coffe available all day long in a soft and relaxing environment. And of course there is afternoon tea in the afternoon and evening snacks in the evening with with a some nice small food. And threre is the lovely Club Olympus Spa on the top floor with nice views over Berlin. Plus the restaurants are really good! And I have to mention the personer that doing an marvelous job. Everybody so friendly and welcoming.
We stayed for 3 nights at the Grand Hyatt Berlin and although sometimes disappointed with big hotel chains in the past, I was pleasantly surprised this time around. It is amongst the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed at. While the front desk is expected to be gentle, they go the extra mile and try to speak your language. Breakfast is -as expected- generous but it's always great to enjoy quality food. Rooms are just perfect - spacious enough and fitted with everything you need. The location of this hotel is probably its best asset: you're super close to Potsdam Place and within (very) reasonable walking distance of the Brandenburg Gate, the Tiergarten and the Bundestag. The Sony Center is also around the corner... Highly recommended for business or leisure in Berlin!
