The best location! Good hotel, supern breakfast and professional staff.

It’s a great hotel close to everything. All biggest attractions are walking distance. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. It’s clean, with friendly staff and with beautiful views of the city!

My feeling was the Park Inn was like a well-oiled machine--it performed all its duties, as might be expected, but was lacking in any real warmth, aid, comfort, and hospitality. Plus, if anything ever went wrong, it retaliated with, "What can I say. This is Berlin," as if that were the catch-all expression/excuse for anything. The next time, I'd like a sweet, homey bed and breakfast!

Room was too hot and small. But location was good.

Great location. Small room, but well kept. Very nice hotel staff.

Well, I'm not a teenager any more, travel all over the world for business (62 countries), so let me put this way, if you are looking to impress your fiance or if you going for meeting with Saudi Prince then choose Mandarin Oriental or Ritz Carlton))) But when we are talking regular trips business or family then this Park Inn would be good to remember and here the reasons: - it is walking distance to everything, shopping, dining, museums, transportation like subway, train or bus; it is right in the middle west and east of Berlin; - rooms not fancy but very clean and smartly set with typical German practicality; - while you'll be enjoying beautiful non-abstracted view from roof-top bar your kids can raise their adrenaline by jumping from 41 floor with rope... or go to listen street musicians on widely populated square right in front of the hotel

Wasn't expecting the bathroom not to have it's own door. Also, the curtain that's there instead is tiny. Would prefer if it was a bigger curtain since its supposed to be a replacement of the door. Another thing I didn't like was that there wasn't any storage space. The closet is hardly enough room for one person. There weren't any drawers. The room and hotel are beautiful! Views are amazing and its location is also very convenient towards everything. Enjoyed my stay despite these things I didn't like but wouldn't recommend for anyone else to stay there unless its just one person.

For the location and price, it's great! The train station, bus stop, shopping mall, stores, restaurants are only minutes away. Our room had a great view of the Alexanderplatz square. It was clean & modern looking. However, the shower didn't have the rubber stopper and water leaked everywhere when I used it. It wet my clean, dry clothes and bags that were on the floor. We called to let the front desk know the shower and the wifi did not work. So they moved us immediately. Never apologized. The 2nd room's wifi did not work either, but we didn't want to move again. We just accepted that we wouldn't have wifi for 3 nights although we needed it to make reservations & look up maps. I wish the staff would be nicer and more helpful. They all seemed rude and short, as though they hated their jobs. The restaurant on the 1st floor, SPAGOS, had the most amazing food - get the wiener schnitzel! And make sure to order your water 2 glasses at a time because they only fill the cup about 1/3. Guests (the ladies) got a free drink during happy hour. Overall, I'd stay again b/c of the location, but won't unpack until I know the wifi works.
