Loose fixtures at sink. No way to turn off the light on the balcony (nice to have a balcony but still) ... so made sleep difficult in bed near the window. No hot water in the shower. Zero. Hot water in the sink, but not the shower. Property has potential, and the price was attractive, but freezing cold showers not fun.

No coffee machine in the lobby or rooms. No breakfast available. The restaurant and bar are not operating. The pool is closed. The ice machine is only available on the 3rd floor. No restaurants within walking distance - except a Dunkin' Donuts. Not sure I'd feel safe walking there anyway! The room was clean, it had a fridge and TV - but I had to get the 'manager' to activate the Internet to get it to work. I'd choose a different motel next time - I was less than comfortable staying there.

The hotel is being renovated when we were there, so hopefully the owners continue with this to bring it back to its former appeal. The beds were quite comfortable and the TV was excellent and huge, with Roku service.
