I haven’t stayed in a Best Western in decades due to a bad experience. So this stay proved me wrong. I like the set up of these with the pool area visible right away. They’re not too big nor this didn’t have too many floors. Breakfast was decent with hot food options. The room was spacious and comfortable.

You get what you pay for here. We stayed multuple nights and the breakfast was the same everyday. The bed was firm but there was a variety of pillow types so that was nice. Not in the best area but you are surrounded by several types of stores and food places.

Parking was plentiful, The check in was smooth. The staff efficient and pleasant. The lobby clean. The kitchenette / dining area very tidy. The luggage carts however were unstable on the hanging rods. The pool area fine but water full of bugs. And leaves. Sort of normal I guess. However, the exterior was a work in progress. Walls and paint scraped as if for repainting and repairs never finished. The effect was the place felt shabby. The complimentary breakfast options were plentiful and the food actually tasty, but the layout and flow was very awkward … the plates and cups were in the middle of everything instead of at an end. The staff member was tidy and efficient, and smiling. Very pleasant gentleman who deserved better than the brat who repeatedly spilled cereal, with no intervention from parents. The only truly unfortunate thing was the condition of the floors. I took my shoes off, in the room, and within minutes the soles of my feet were black. Then same with my slippers. I ended up washing the bathroom counter top to get rid of thick dust on the backsplash, and then the bathroom floor with cleaner I always carry. The rag I used was black when I was done. Not even multiple rinsing with shampoo helped. And we discovered something was wrong with the faucet. EVERY time we used it, the countertop flooded with a puddle… despite being very careful about turning it off. People get high marks, facility needs work.

Hot tub and pool area were very clean, didnt have a place for smokers, could use a couple smoker poles somewhere in a designated spot, other than that was very clean and overall a nice 1 night stay. Even let us check in 20minutes early.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a guy with a friendly smile and welcoming us to the best western. The hotel was pretty nice and quiet for our 1 night stay. We’ve previously booked at this hotel and it’s always a great experience. Checking out a lady was super sweet and made sure to ask how our stay was. Would recommend staying here :)
