Over 11 acres of private grounds to explore. Roast s'mores under the stars or while watching the sun set over the lake with your wood burning firepit (wood is provided!). Looking for the perfect wedding venue? Look no further! For an additional fee you can have a wedding and/or reception that they will talk about for years to come!
This four bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home is a showstopper inside and out! Lake views from almost every room. Have your morning coffee in the three-season room or outside on the spacious deck. Bright and inviting kitchen is fully stocked with lots of workspace. Expansive family room ideal for movie night or games! Two bedrooms each have king beds as well as ensuite bathrooms. Second two bedrooms both with two queen beds. Additional spaces in the house for reading or work (if you really have to!).
One mile to Hager Park/ Jean Clock and 2 miles to Rocky Gap County Park. A short drive to the legendary St. Joseph harbor and Silver Beach with huge splash park, horse carousel, amazing shopping, restaurants, spas, and entertainment. Clean overall ,bathrooms need updating, showers too small and one smelled like urine . Kitchen sink had strong odor that we fixed with bleach. Kitchen appliances need upgrading… not getting up to temperature for cooking. Refrigerator was great but ice maker was slow so we refilled it with bagged ice. Beach and fire pit was great.
