Its was just ok.

My first disappointment started at check-in when the hotel clerk had to see if room had been cleaned. This was after 4pm in the afternoon and rooms were still dirty. I asked if the room was an accessable as I requested.only to be told that no its not accessible and they have no accessible rooms available, they are full. I was then told that if I book through a third party site I am not guaranteed the room I requested. Anyway, went to room, it was pretty clean and looked as if it had been updated. Then hotel housekepers were friendly however I had to track down housekeeping to get fresh towels, toiletpaper and to change the overflowing trash. Our room was cleaned 1 time during our 6 day stay. Our was trash was overflowing. Now lets add the fact that because I booked thru a 3rd party my handicapped Mother could not use the shower because she cannot get into a regular bathtub. Luckily we brought extra supplies and we are use to adapting to not so ideal conditions we made it work. However our vacation was not so much of a vacation because of the extra things we had to do. The floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and cracked. The plus side, the hotel is close restaurants and shopping like Walmart and Meijer if you need snacks or in our case extra supplies. Their was road construction however, it was easy to navigate and we heard no noise from the construction in our room. The staff was very friendly but clearly short handed or over worked.

we didn't have a Ice bucket or microwave in our room. The elevator was slow and noisy and jerked when it stopped. The front door made a lot of noise when it opened. The breakfast was not good, not much selection and cold.

This property is in desperate need of cleaning. Dirty hallways and gym, dirty elevator. Stained carpet. When I got to the hotel at 10 pm, the employee working checkout was hanging out in his car and came in to check me in, then gave me a room that had not been cleaned--the bed was unmade and there was garbage in the room. It took a long time to get the room switched. When I left the hotel in the morning to go for a run and then came back, they had disabled the key card. I went up to my room and then had to come back down to find an attendant, but she already was aware that my key card did not work because she immediately asked for my key and re-keyed it without asking what the issue was. Weights were missing from the gym, no complete set. No water or cleaning solutions in gym to wipe down equipment. Shockingly dirty and bad experience.

I’m sorry to say that this property does not live up to my expectations. The bathroom sink was totally clogged when we arrived. Thankfully, a staff member was available to clean it out right away. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and rusty and we only had enough towels for 2 people (we had 3 staying). Also, the shampoo dispenser was empty. The room itself was okay, although dated. The iron wasn’t usable because it had something stuck to it. The stairwells at the ends of the hallway were downright filthy. I’ll eat pretty much anything, but I only had a bagel for breakfast. The eggs and sausage didn’t look edible to me. They did have a waffle maker and that smelled pretty good (but I don’t eat sweets that early in the morning). The only redeeming quality to this place is the staff. Although they weren’t very friendly, they were efficient and assisted right away with the bathroom problem. The entire property is poorly maintained, and the area around the property is really unwelcoming and run down. I’d recommend staying elsewhere if you can.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. There were bugs in the room and when I asked one of the workers about the bugs, she rolled her eyes and did nothing about it. Definitely will never be going back there.

The room was fine for my children and I. We were at the hotel for 5 days and never did they come to clean the room. they had posted that they clean every 3 days but they never came to our room. We had to track someone down to get clean towels. I took my kids to the pool and when my child went to use the restroom there was vomit all over the toilet. The restroom looked like it hardly was ever cleaned. The breakfast was cold and had a bad taste. My child had cereal and it was stale. The location was good. It was within 15 mins of the beach. All and all the hotel was dirty and needed a good cleaning. Breakfast needs to be warmer and better options to eat.

Arrived room was not cleaned from last guest. 2nd room a/c did not work, room #3 blood spots on the sheets/pillows. People very friendly, property is absolutely disgusting. “Breakfast” is a joke, worst ever. Shower head limed up and hardly any flow. Marijuana smoke so bad from room next door. Even for the low price it is not worth it. Stay somewhere else. Horrible experience

Terrible stay away

Front desk was excellent. Don't expect your room to get cleaned. My bedding didn't get changed the whole week I was there. Carpets are stained throughout the hotel. Coffee pot had mold in it
