The moment we part to go to our room there were syringes in the parking lot and my wife has never stepped on one that's the first thing number two there's no towels TV doesn't work stains all over the bed stains on the mattress cockroaches manager was not cooperative. Told me that because it was a low budget room that I should be willing to accept everything that's wrong with it

Horrible! First they tried charging me twice. Then I got a room someone else was in then my car was broke into and. I got robbed the next morning. There are no towels and there were drug deals and prostitution outside our door all night. The rooms are disgustingly and there was no hot water. Gross and unsafe

As soon as I walked into the room, I knew I had made a mistake. The picture you see on the advertisement is definitly not what you get. I felt I walked into a old seedy room like you see on a TV show. The front door looked like it had been previously kicked in and did't close properly leaving a 3/4 inch gap at the bottom that allowed a big cold constant draft in. I had to keep the heater on at 75 degrees to compensate. The headboard had greasy fingerprints all over, the bathroom was dirty and did'nt have toilet paper and on top of that it had no hot water. the room reaked of cigarrettes and there were people hanging out throughout the night out front and speaking loudly. needless to say it was a sleepless night.

The staff were helpful, but the room was very, very dirty. I should have read the other google reviews, but my experience from past Red Roof Inn stays several years ago were all very good. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in North America. Many flies in the room when I arrived, sheets and bedding had stains, neigboring lodgers were into drugs and partying which made it hard to sleep and feel safe.

I reserved a room here because I needed somewhere for a few hours while while some work was being done at my apartment. I didn't expect anything fancy. I can't say one specific thing about this place that was horrible. It, in general, just felt like somewhere I didn't want to get comfortable. I definitely would not have felt comfortable sleeping there. The only bugs I saw were about a dozen stink bugs that were there when i got there. I didn't see anything else (granted, I sure wasnt looking) but wouldn't have been surprised to learn if there were more than just stink bugs. While it was the cheapest room in the area, it probably should have been half the price.

I booked a room online and couldn't check in at night. I went in the morning and they wouldn't let me in or give me the keys. They told me I had to rebook (I didn't, I went to another hotel). and when I asked for a refund for the three nights, they just said no, even though I was still paying for a room that they wouldn't let me into and never gave me the keys for. the manager was unprofessional and dismissive of guests’ concerns
