The staff were helpful, but the room was very, very dirty. I should have read the other google reviews, but my experience from past Red Roof Inn stays several years ago were all very good. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in North America. Many flies in the room when I arrived, sheets and bedding had stains, neigboring lodgers were into drugs and partying which made it hard to sleep and feel safe.

I reserved a room here because I needed somewhere for a few hours while while some work was being done at my apartment. I didn't expect anything fancy. I can't say one specific thing about this place that was horrible. It, in general, just felt like somewhere I didn't want to get comfortable. I definitely would not have felt comfortable sleeping there. The only bugs I saw were about a dozen stink bugs that were there when i got there. I didn't see anything else (granted, I sure wasnt looking) but wouldn't have been surprised to learn if there were more than just stink bugs. While it was the cheapest room in the area, it probably should have been half the price.

I booked a room online and couldn't check in at night. I went in the morning and they wouldn't let me in or give me the keys. They told me I had to rebook (I didn't, I went to another hotel). and when I asked for a refund for the three nights, they just said no, even though I was still paying for a room that they wouldn't let me into and never gave me the keys for. the manager was unprofessional and dismissive of guests’ concerns

New owners. Hotel is a run down. First room the air quit in the night. Moved to a different room the next day. Then we noticed the outside door jam had been “fixed”. The fix was not a solid fix and could have easily kicked open again. We will never choice a Red Roof hotel again.

Was very easy to hear others being loud through walls and floors, through windows even. Beds were abnoxiously creaky, the fire alarm was beeping for batteries, absolutely ridiculous. The beds are obnoxiously uncomfortable and the pillows feel like absolutely nothing. The room was quite shoddy looking and just generally in bad condition. Rust all over the place, chipped and gouged walls and paint, fridge was old and not sitting correctly, floor was beat up and gross, it was just not very nice, clean like bedding tho I guess. Not only is the general area around this kinda sketch but I went with my cousin and while pulling in there was someone who gave us the death stare like he wanted us dead, hiding his hands. About an hour ish after we showed up to the room we got quite extremely aggressive knocking on our door by a man in a pizza outfit and holding a completely empty pizza bag. We were absolutely terrified and pretty sure man wanted to rob us. I would never go back here for any reason and suggest you don't either. I promise you it's not worth it.

I couldn’t stay here

I canceled my stay once I got there. I didn’t feel I would be comfortable or safe staying there. It’s in the bee like there was a criminal activity around the place. It also was further away from where I was going than expected. All the highway construction, made it extremely difficult to get to traveling through the neighborhoods.

Absolutely the worst motel I have ever seen. No smoke detector. The door barely shut. Graffiti in the bathroom. Along with hair in the shower. Soap scum on the mirrors. I honestly dont know how its not condemned. I ended up checking out within an hour of checking in.
Bathtub cleanliness up close. Under new mgmt in the last 2 weeks. Mgmt decided hair clump removal wasnt necessary
