Dirty wet towels were rehung on bars, trash on balcony, stained sheets. Ive stayed at hourly flop house hotels that are cleaner than this. Yikes!!!

Pool, hot tub, friendly staff, balcony. Stayed here many times and I prefer this hotel over the others. AND the price is right!
The entire property smells of mold. Visible mold in the elevators, bathroom and the room itself. The television channels were all blurry. I used to travel almost three months each year nationwide and this was the most rundown place I have had the misfortune to stay in. I hope I don’t get sick from this.
Saw 2 different verbal altercations in lobby and parking lot within 10 min. Room was clean but facilities pretty run down. Don't expect an appetising breakfast. I think the workers were trying hard but under pretty tough conditions. Pretty hefty price tag for a 3rd rate hotel.
toilet was not working when we checked into our room. called service desk. after 3 hours of trying to fix our toilet and a flooded mess in our room the toilet was finally working. Asked for a refund or some kind of compensation for our inconvinence...we were not given anything.

They did not have my reservation. I was put in a cheaper room than I booked and paid more. I had no towels in the room and I had to go down to the front desk to get them.
The minute I exited the old and ugly elevators and I walked on the hallway, a terrible smell of Marijuana. Very loud rooms, could not sleep at all. At 2 o'clock in the morning, someone had been banging at next door for half hour begging to be let in. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. No, I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.
ROOM WAS CLEAN but well worn and had some musty smell.
This place it's really dirty & smell horrible I couldn't stay in this place and book somewhere else (silver beach hotel) very clean and the staff very nice I recommend this place
room not clean, carpet sticky, door broke, bed broke, boards sticking out from under bed, no remote with TV and their was no where near the channels they claimed, weird people in lobby asking for money and cigarettes, no extra towels, wall paper peeling, and stains on all the walls, the guest shampoos in the bathroom had been used, there were dryer sheets shoved in the vent in the bathroom, I'm guessing to try and make it smell better. we asked for extra sheets they said they didn't have any. do not under any circumstances stay here and no they have not renovated crap!! Ice machines do not work and the elevators stopped working while we were there!
There was no thermostat only a wall unit and it took forever to warm up. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. They had an old tube TV. No dial tone on the phone. they were painting the pool facilities for the off-season so we couldn't use them.
The beds were hard as rocks. It was like trying to sleep on a board. the pillows were non existent. The final straw was the car alarms going off at midnight because cars were being broken into. we left at 1:00 am because we had enough.
Nice place, room could be cleaner and beds a little more comfortable. Staff can be friendlier.
There was sticky residue on the bed comforter Room 302.
