The property was over grown and run down. Not taken care of well at all. The Clarion rug when you walk into front desk area was filthy. Young kids running the front desk. Not professional at all. Maintenance items left in the bathroom of our hotel room. Hallway carpeting was filthy. Thank goodness the sheets were clean and the central air did work. Very loud at the property in the parking lot. Many cars coming and going. Very suspicious activity. No way would I ever pay $188 a night for this hotel again. Neither would the other couple that was traveling with us. Only reason we stayed is because everything else was sold out. DO BETTER!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel was not in a very nice area of town and the facility looked run down. They are in the process of updating the rooms, so the room was ok. The parking lot needs resurfacing and the outside of the building needs a fresh coat of paint.

It was comfortable. There were some issues like people above out suite overflowed their tub n it leaked into our suite. The hotel manager moved everyone to another suite. The front room entry light was out. I told front desk and they said they’d send someone and never did. The phones didn’t work and the second suite didn’t even have a phone in it. I had two rooms during our stay and could not call other one. It’s in a not good neighborhood and most tenants I think maybe lived in the hotel. Most tenants had pets with them and a lot of tenants or guests were outside smoking weed. It was ok stay but way overpriced for the hotel as it is.

Staff was rude. Make sure you have multiple cards on you because it don’t accept some.
