Lakefront home on 1.6 acres

This 1941 built home has all been updated and now has city water. With newer kitchen and granite counters, new carpeting. Hardwood on main floor, 4 bedrooms, 3 up and a single on the main floor. 2 bathrooms . 1 up and 1 down. All appliances are new as well as the washer and dryer. A boat dock has been added on the water with all new stairs down to the dock. Belleville lake is mostly a boating lake. No Beach. This lot has a sandy bottom. Steep incline to the water. Not good for toddlers. Rental boats are available on the lake. Nearby is Metro Park with water slides and lazy river swimming.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
