The room was not cleaned during our stay, the pool looked very dirty. I think there was only one cleaning person assigned for the whole hotel. He was certainly doing his best, but he was clearly spread too thin. I think management needs to think about this and also give the man some grace.

They lie about the sizes of the beds. I was on a full mattress and they said it was a king. They said there would be a tub in my room. There’s no tub. The room was very small and dirty. There was no towels and when I would go to the front desk and ask for towels every single night they never had. I ended up having to buy towels from Walmart. I left them there so that they could wash them and give them to the next guest honestly.
