I dont usually write reviews but this hotel sucked. Milk in the lobby was spoiled and could have made people sick. I mean come on, Hotel Management 101, atleast keep your food options fresh and safe. People can sue them for this stuff. All machines in excercise room was broken, picture is to fool you. Please improve.
AVIOD AVOID AVOID!! WARNING BEWARE I'm here now, worst mistake ever. To begin with, when I entered, the reservationist Indian guy was very rude, did not greet me as a reserved guest, that had possibly driven a long distance, just to do business with this establishment. Fine, maybe he's having a bad day! If you don't want to work there, go DRIVE A CAB or serve spicy curry food at cheap restaurant, probably suites you better! The tub has mildew/ mold on it. The shower head is heavily rusted and has excessive calcium build-up! I guess someone knocked a major hole into the wall where the toilet is placed, because its permanently repositioned side ways! TIP: The 3-star rating is a COMPLETE LIE !! Its possible they got the rating because of the amenities offered, rather than quality and cleanliness. LADIES: BRING YOUR OWN PERSONAL ITEMS. MEN: Don't bring a women here, its disrespectful and insulting! PRICELINE (S) If they see that you purchased through this site, you WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY booked into a sloppy, busted room. All because you didn't spend the full rate, on the standard rooms.
At first, the hotel wasn't bad. The manager was nice IN THE BEGINNING. After we had been there awhile, we started finding roaches in our room. One crawling on our pillow, one in the kitchen, one that crawled across my foot .. they were everywhere! And someone comes and "sprays" the rooms and what happens?! You find MORE roaches! DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING!! Don't waste your money!!
The man who owns the hotel is VERY RUDE. When I first tried to check in he told me that I did not reserved my room when I did and I had an email confirmation. When I requested for extra towels he told me I couldn't get an extra towels because I had "EXTRA" guests in my room. Then he accused me of these guest staying the night and they needed to pay extra.. Was taking a shower and a roach came out of no where. Told the manager that we had roaches and he did NOTHING about it. WORST hotel experience I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Do not stay here I tell you!!!!
This is an extended stay hotel. We were quoted one price when we first looked at the hotel and then were charged a different price when we moved in. We complained and the manager denied he had ever quoted a lower price. He finally took off the amount for the city tax, which he would have had to have done anyway since we were there for longer than 30 days. Manager was nice, but was pretty much a one man shop. Several times our key didn't work and when we would go to the desk to get it reactivated, nobody would be at the desk. One time we waited for 30 minutes before the manager came to reactivate the key. He also made phantom charges on our credit card and we never received any receipts so we are not sure what the charges were for.The fitness center was a joke. None of the machines worked. The back door by the pool was supposed to only be entered by those with a key but the door was broken so anyone could get in. The only people I ever saw eating at the breakfast area were staff members. There was just cold cereal and coffee. The knob to turn the stovetop on is situated behind the refrigerator and is hard to find and turn on. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was a good-sized. The cleaning staff took care not to let our cat out of the room, which we appreciated. If you have a pet, you have to stay on the 3rd floor which is where the smoking rooms are. Even if your room is non-smoking, you will still be able to smell cigarette smoke in the room. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke too. I won't say it was horrible, because it wasn't. However, we moved to a different hotel which had slightly lower rates and where there is always someone at the front desk.
For your money it is clean, convient, with a pool, laundry and pet friendly. No hot breakfast just ceral & coffee. The management could be better had problem with India head clerk to understand and he did not like the female genders to a dress question of him.
I can't say anything nice so I will say I loved the loud noise of children playing from 11pm-1am. I enjoyed watching People who were not guests doing car repair and stereo installation in the back parking lot, they seemed to do good business at least 3-4 cars stereo installations. Would I stay here again? NO Would i come back for the car stereo repair in the parking lot? NO to that too.
Ever since the hotel has been switched to motel 6 everything is EXCELLENT!!! The rooms are so clean and the staff is beyond friendly! It is most definitely one of the nicest motel 6's I have stayed- and I am a frequent traveler. I will be back in the future. Keep up the great hospitality.
So this place is quite nice I only have a few problems with it . One being there is no dryer that works so you can wash but not dry. The pool was clean but the chairs seem to have seen better days . In the gym only one machine works properly . The back door by pool says out of order. Other than those things my room was nice and the bed was comfy . Weekly rate of 350 for one bed and 385 for two beds. Perfect for working on the road.
