This was a nice place to stay. The room was up to date and nicely clean! I would definitely stay here again.

construction on first floor but the rooms were very clean, the beds were great. very clean. outside pool, washer and dryers on 5th floor but did not use. the biggest down fall was the breakfast, we went elsewhere.

I would recommend the Hampton Inn Beaumont to anyone traveling there. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They allowed me to check in early and even offered me my preference of floor. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. It was very easy to find.

The day of travel, I called the hotel and requested that we get 2 beds, a crib for my infant, and a fridge. The person at the Hampton told us that they had moved us to a room on the first floor. That was great! When we got to the hotel, it was late (11 pm) and the lady behind the desk gave us a room on the 3rd floor and I told her that is not what the lady on the phone had said earlier. But since I did not care what floor I was on, the 5 of us went upstairs and found that there was one bed, a roll away type bed and a crib (5 people in a room that size - NOT GOOD). When I went back down to complain, the lady was not helpful in helping us locate a room that would be acceptable. The only reason we were able to stay there was the couple that came in right behind us had 2 beds in the room they were staying in and offered it to us. The floor in the room was "moist" and left our feet black. Every time I have to travel, I try to stay at the Hampton Inn, but I will not stay at that Hampton Inn ever again.
