Sleep Inn South

Orbit charged me once and so did the hotel. Take hour and half to check in.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Woke up one night as Police were pounding on door across the hall.. Next stay perhaps a better area

Room was modern, clean and well maintained. A little too much noise from room above. Breakfast was more than expected.

Very clean room and breakfast was OK. But had the worst night ever! They put family with 5 and 6 years old right above us and parents had no control of their kids from 10pm to 1am. Kids were running around making noise and although I called the front desk, noise continued...we could not wait to leave. If I had to stay again, I would ask for a room upstairs.

Very satisfactory. Staff was very helpful, room was clean.

Having stayed at other Sleep Inn Hotels, I was expecting more from the staff. Communication was less than clear and no one smiled except for the morning receptionist. Rooms were aveage to below with amenities like kleenex missing and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I will stay at a Sleep Inn again, but probably not this one for this price. Not a good vallue. The best thing about this hotel is that it is next to a Cracker Barrel Restaurant.

Horrible experience, I did not feel safe. Not clean.

Many things to do in a ten mile area, no need to go into N.O. for fun.

Of course, a Sleep Inn is not considered a "5 Star" Hotel, but I gave it 5 stars based on it strongly exceeding my expectations. I stayed here with a friend when we visited Baton Rouge for an LSU game. We expected the Sleep Inn to be an average to above average hotel. We were extremely impressed with the customer service, and how clean and nice the room was. The room was furnished very tastefully, and everything was in great condition. It appears to be a fairly new hotel, and we felt very safe. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to LSU's campus, depending on traffic. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe place to stay with great customer service. If I return to Baton Rouge in the future, I will definitely stay here again!

Adequate, economical accommodations for a LSU football game. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Room had shower only, no bathtub.

Your typical choice hotel. No complants.

This hotel had everything I required in a hotel room. I was very happy with the price and the amenities in the room, fridge, microwave coffemaker etc. The room was nice and spacious.
